Living Room

The living room is a grand space where guests can sit back, relax, have fun, and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. You can open one full wall to let the beach breeze blow through or close the glass doors when you want to enjoy the AC while still admiring the views. There’s plenty of space to get comfy on the U-shaped sofa, with pool and mahjong tables providing entertainment throughout the day. A portable Marshall sound system ensures that the soundtrack is always just to your liking.

Dining Room

The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room. The open floor plan allows guests to mingle freely throughout the day, even when some of you are still lingering around the dining table and others have already moved over to the sofas. The dining table is fit to host a banquet with enough room to seat all 16 guests with ease. While you dine, you can enjoy direct views of the pool and out to the ocean. Though it’s unlikely you’ll be doing much cooking (the villa’s chef will take care of all that), the dining area also includes a sleek open plan kitchen flanked by a large wine cellar.

Garden & Pool

Villa Amann is positioned right on a white sandy beach – the setting really could not be more sensational. The villa’s 19-metre-long swimming pool is located a few steps above the sand. The only problem is choosing between swimming in the pool and splashing around in the ocean… unless you feel like luxuriating in the eight-person Jacuzzi instead. There are 10 sun beds scattered by the pool and down on the sand, with parasols offering refreshing respite from the sun. There’s also a chic little lounge area for taking in the scenery and barbeque facilities to boot. A kayak and paddle board are also available. It really is everything you need for enjoying beachfront living to the fullest.

Gym

The villa’s air-conditioned gym offers all the essentials needed for maintaining your fitness regime while on holiday. The gym looks out to the lush green garden and features a stationary bike, treadmill, dumbbell rack, exercise ball, and yoga mat.

Media Room

The media room is a nice and relaxing space where you can wind down after a day spent frolicking on the beach. The air-conditioned space features plush seats for four guests, with a smart TV, karaoke gear, a PlayStation 5 console, and a Meta Quest 3 VR reality headset to keep everyone entertained.

Villa Amann features eight bedrooms. The bedrooms are decorated with calm neutral tones and feature streamlined modern furnishings. Each room is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. There are six bedrooms on the ground floor, two of them with direct views of the pool and beach. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and one of them offers direct ocean views.

Villa Amann is an eight-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The main floor houses the living and dining areas, media room, gym, and six bedrooms. This floor also houses the villa’s 19 x 4 metre swimming pool and provides direct beach access. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms.

Your stay in Villa Amann is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Amann’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Thai hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Amann’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa Amann includes 24-hour security.
