Villa Amara Pradi’s design perfectly captures Bali’s tropical beauty and celebrates the unique magic of the island. The villa itself is styled with timeless furniture and calm natural hues, allowing the lush beauty of the surrounding gardens to take centre stage, whether you’re lounging out by the pool or relaxing inside in the air-conditioned living areas. Both the layout and the well-chosen materials add an extra touch of decadence to your stay. All four bedrooms are lavishly large in size and each room benefits from cool marble floors and full wall windows. The overall effect is one of a modern tropical oasis – one that happens to be a hop and a skip from all of Seminyak’s hotspots.

Living Room

The elegantly styled living room is dominated by two dark hued sofas arranged around an ebony coloured coffee table. The dark tones of the furniture are beautifully offset by fresh white walls and luxe marble floors. Delicate orchids and tropical plants which frame the seating area mirror the lush beauty of the gardens which are visible through glass doors. A smart TV and sound system provide entertainment for the whole group.

Dining Room

Unlike many villas in Bali which incorporate living and dining areas into a single open plan space, Villa Amara Pradi provides added decadence with a dedicated dining room. Elegantly styled in earth tones, the room is framed by glass doors which gaze over the pool and garden. The dark timber dining table is surrounded by 10 matching chairs, providing ample space for relaxed meals and lavish feasts. The villa’s sleek white kitchen features marble countertops and all the necessary appliances, including a coffee maker and blender.

Garden

The villa is surrounded by dreamy tropical gardens, with picture-perfect frangipani trees stretching over a 15-metre-long swimming pool glistening in the tropical sun. The pool is framed by neat stretches of lawn and a row of six sun loungers – the perfect setup for working on your golden Bali tan. The swimming pool is bookended by a fan cooled pavilion with two plush sofas to lounge on. This is an idyllic setting for getting lost in a good book or stretching out for a lazy after-swim nap.

Villa Amara Pradi features four lavishly spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms feature polished marble floors and full wall windows looking out to the lush gardens, with blackout curtains ensuring restful slumber. The furnishings are streamlined and timeless, allowing the tropical views to take centre stage. There is one bedroom on the ground floor right by the pool, with three further bedrooms located upstairs. Two rooms feature king-sized beds and two rooms come with two single beds each. Each room is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom.

Villa Amara Pradi is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas, kitchen, one bedroom and a powder room. The upper floor houses three more bedrooms. All rooms can be fully enclosed and air-conditioned when needed. The villa has a 15 x 4 metre swimming pool which is flanked by sun loungers and an alfresco living area.

Villa Manager

Villa Amara Pradi’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Security

Villa Amara Pradi includes night time security between 11pm – 7am.

Villa Amara Pradi is located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Seminyak in Bali, Indonesia. The villa is nestled at the end of a quiet lane just off Jalan Petitenget – one of the most cosmopolitan streets in this hip neighbourhood. Jalan Petitenget is a long and winding strip that’s lined with amazing restaurants, trendy cafes, fabulous spas and chic boutiques. You’ll find popular restaurants like Merah Putih, Biku and Coffee Cartel all within a few minutes’ walk from the villa. Famous beach clubs including Potato Head and Mrs Sippy are also just a couple of minutes away. A peaceful private oasis just moments from all the action – talk about having your cake and eating it too!
