Living Room

You will discover multiple lounge areas, seating arrangements, and cosy corners dotted throughout this palatial property. Thanks to its vaulted ceiling and sublime sea views, the main living room has a regal air to it. The ample lounges can easily seat a group of 12, with the adjoining outdoor lounge offering even more space. The air-conditioned room is fitted with a Sonos sound system so you can curate the soundtrack to your liking. The nearby dining room also has a lounge area, as does the poolside sala. Another fabulous space to spend time is the lounge room which adjoins the villa’s second pool. It features sofa seating for 14 guests, a smart TV, sound system, pool table, and a kitchenette.

Dining Room

The villa’s gorgeous dining room invites you to dine in style, surrounded by all your favourite people and picture-perfect ocean views. The impressively long dining table can seat 16 guests, crowned with stunning modern chandeliers. Close by, there’s an outdoor dining area that can seat 12 – not to mention the pool sala which can seat 16 people in a gorgeous alfresco setting. The villa comes with a beautiful show kitchen and a robust staff kitchen fitted with extensive Gagennau appliances and high-end kitchen ware.

Cinema

A movie night never looked so good! The villa’s private cinema can seat 12 people and features a huge projector screen hooked up to a Sony projector, Quad speakers, Onkyo amplifier, and Apple TV.

Games Room

It’s very easy to have a good time and stay entertained at Villa Amaravida. The games room comes with a golf simulator, dart board, and a sofa setup where four people can relax in style. The room is adjoined by an extensive wine cellar with seating for four people.

Gym

Villa Amaravida comes with a meticulously equipped gym that’ll appease even the most enthusiastic gym buffs. The extensive equipment includes an exercise bike, rowing machine, glute ham bench, treadmill, dumbbells, abdominal bench, adjustable pulley, punchbag, yoga mats, and more – all from top-of-the-line brands. The room also has a smart TV and Sonos sound system to hype you up during your workout. A mini fridge and powder room add further convenience. And a workout at the gym is by no means the only way guests can stay active. Villa Amaravida also comes with a tennis court, basketball hoops, and a squash court, all exclusive to guests staying at the villa.

Spa

Go ahead and pamper yourself in the villa’s glamourous spa. These facilities have everything you need for relaxing, including two massage beds, foot massage chairs, and a steam room. The space is fitted with a sound system to help set the mood. The adjoining bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi, showers, dual vanities, and a toilet.

Garden & Pool

Villa Amaravida is dripping with luxury on all levels. The main pool is a staggering 38 metres long and opens to fabulous ocean panoramas. There’s even a diving board to help you make a splash. The pool is surrounded by an extensive deck with ample sun loungers and day beds, with a Sonos sound system and outdoor showers adding entertainment and convenience. The poolside sala offers a gorgeous setting for dining and lounging in style. There is a second infinity pool and adjoining Jacuzzi one level above the main pool, and a huge, 16-person Jacuzzi up on the rooftop terrace. As the grownups sit back and relax, the kids will have a blast at the outdoor playground which comes with a climbing wall, swing set, ping-pong table, and monkey bars. Guests also enjoy access to the villa’s ample lawns and manmade beach waiting right below.

Villa Amaravida features eight bedrooms. The bedrooms are luxuriously appointed and all of them offer glorious views of the ocean. All rooms come with smart TVs, ample closets, and luxe ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are spread over three floors so everyone can enjoy a wonderful sense of space and privacy.

Villa Amaravida is an eight-bedroom villa that’s built over four levels. The main floor houses the living and dining areas, spa, and one bedroom. The lower ground floor houses the cinema room, games room, wine room, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and four bedrooms. The second lower ground floor houses the main pool, tennis court, playground, squash court, and three bedrooms. The top floor features a rooftop bar area and a jacuzzi.

Villa Manager

Villa Amaravida’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
