Villa Amylia Living
While the villa wows with its sheer size alone, it is once again the finer details that truly elevate this property. The bathrooms are fitted with tiles imported from Italy, while the spa boasts massage tables sourced from Bali. The kitchens (yes, that’s a plural) are exclusively fitted with the finest brands and both swimming pools (again, the plural is intentional) feature shallow sections custom made for children. Life at villa feels luxuriously effortless, with smart home features incorporated throughout the property. These include top-of-the-line integrated speakers and soundbars, motorised curtains and Wi-Fi that works like a dream – all powered by the villa’s own solar panels.
Living Room
True to its grand stature, Villa Amylia boasts two distinct living rooms which are spread out over two floors. On the second floor, a beautiful light-filled space looks out to the swimming pool through sliding glass doors. The space is furnished with unique circular sofas, inspiring artwork and a smart TV mounted on the wall. When the doors are closed, the living room can be fully air-conditioned, creating the perfect setup for watching movies. One floor above is the second living room. This is a gorgeous space with a double-height ceiling, furnished with an elegant L-shaped sofa and a smart TV, with bespoke artwork and light fixtures adding interest. Again, the glass doors can be left open to enjoy breezy indoor/outdoor living close to the pool or closed when you want to cool off with the AC on.
Dining Room
Each of the villa’s spacious living rooms features an elegant dining area for guests to gather round in. The upper floor living room features indoor/outdoor dining areas which can seat up to 20 guests, inviting the whole group to get together for relaxed meals and festive feasts. Of the two guest kitchens, one is particularly well-equipped, featuring a top-of-the-line induction cooking plate, high-end appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. Though the setup is impressive, you won’t need to do much cooking while staying at the villa – you can leave that to the villa’s skilled chef.
Cinema
The cinema room will take your movie nights and TV marathons to a whole new level. Offering plush seating for up to 12 guests, the cinema features a large screen and state-of-the-art audio systems that’ll make your favourite movies and TV shows truly come alive.
Gym
The villa’s private gym offers the best workout view imaginable, with treadmills and weights facing full wall windows gazing over the tropical landscape. Besides the high-end gym equipment, the air-conditioned room is also fitted with a large flatscreen TV to keep you entertained during your workout.

Villa Amylia’s spa room is perfect for enjoying luxuriant massages and other spa treatments in the privacy of your villa. The beautifully lit spa room is fitted with two massage beds that were imported from Bali, another tropical island known for its healing traditions.

In keeping with the villa’s palatial proportions, Villa Amylia features not just one but two infinity pools. With lengths of 14 and 11 metres respectively, each pool is adjoined by a shallow section that’s perfect for younger children to splash around in. Both pools are surrounded by a sun deck with ample sun loungers and generous seating areas. This is the perfect place to relax while gazing out at the endless blue hues of the ocean. The third level of the villa features a fabulous sunken lounge that’s ideal for a round of cocktails at sunset. For a bigger soiree, the villa also boasts an incredibly scenic rooftop deck that can host up to 40 guests – it’s also a beautiful venue for more intimate get-togethers.
Villa Amylia Bedrooms
Villa Amylia features nine bedrooms decorated in luminous light tones with natural stone and oak finishings. Generous windows flood the rooms with light while also providing sublime views. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom decorated with tiles imported from Italy. There are six bedrooms with king-sized beds and two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed each. The last room is ideal for children or young adults, furnished with a 300 x 200 cm sofa bed and a loft bunk area that can sleep two children. Altogether, this room can sleep up to six children or teens.

Villa Amylia consists of nine rooms which have been seamlessly fused together to create one mega villa that spans four floors. The first floor features the villa’s entrance and one bedroom which is adjoined by a beautiful sea view garden. One floor above, you will find the first living and dining area and one swimming pool, along with three bedrooms. This same floor also houses the villa’s cinema room, spa and gym. From this floor, a discreet door and hallway lead up to the third floor, which houses a second living and dining room along with the villa’s second swimming pool and extensive outdoor areas. This floor also features one bedroom. The top floor of the villa houses the four remaining bedrooms.
Villa Amylia Staff
Your stay in Villa Amylia is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Amylia’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Thai hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Amylia’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Villa Amylia includes night time security between 11pm – 7am.

Villa Amylia is located in Chaweng on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, Thailand. The villa is built on a stunning elevation, providing sweeping views of Samui Island and the Gulf of Thailand. While the setting is sublimely private, Villa Amylia is in great company, neighboured by other luxury villas and five-star resorts which also offer fabulous fine-dining options within minutes from the villa. The nearest beach is just 250 metres away. The lively centre of Chaweng is about three kilometres away, offering fun entertainment, gourmet dining and great shopping. The iconic Big Buddha Temple is about 10 minutes away by car. The picturesque shops and restaurants of Fisherman’s Village can be reached in 15 minutes or so.

Just returned from a stay here the week of 19th April. Incredible views, stunning rooms and luxurious spec. We holidayed with a large group but there was ample space for everyone to get together to eat and swim or to relax in peace.
The villa staff were incredible. They looked after us impeccably from delicious food, coffee, cocktails, laundry, taxis and kept the house and grounds spotless. It didn’t feel at all intrusive, they were just on-hand to help whenever we needed something. Highly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family.

Out of this world! Even nicer in real life than in the photos.
Stunning views, beautiful spacious living areas and luxury bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies. The villa layout makes it conducive to coming with a group. We came with 15 friends and because the property is over 4 floors, it felt like you were on your own individual holiday but could still then hang out and enjoy company in the two spacious lounge areas and three terraces. We had a wonderful meal on the last night laid out on a special table on the bottom terrace, overlooking the ocean with the twinkling lights on the far hills. The staff had looked into every last detail including catering food preferences, beautiful flower arrangements for the table and cosy lighting. An exceptional holiday, can’t recommend it enough.

Faultless and perfect – jaw dropping , stunning , What dreams are made of .The staff were absolutely incredible and made our holiday the most memorable ever – Chef YA cooked the best Thai food I have ever tasted… flavours , attention to detail and presentation was amazing .
We didn’t want to leave to eat anywhere else and Khun Nok went to a huge effort to set us up a very romantic candlelit dinner on the lower terrace which we will remember forever . Khun Nok and her fantastic team , Bua , Fon and Pok tended to our every need and we were totally spoiled by them . Nok speaks fantastic English and booked taxis , arranged trips , fixed our suitcase , anything we needed she sorted with her warm , beaming , beautiful smile The service was as incredible as the villa Discreet yet present , professional, charming , and the most genuine desire to please – Needless to say the house is immaculate Really didn’t want to leave but look forward to returning Thank you Nok , Ya and all the team for a very special and memorable holiday .

Our wonderful experience with Villa Amylia started with their driver meeting us at the airport. He also drove us to golf and beach clubs during the trip, making us feel safe and secure. The wonderful staff met us with cold towels at the villa on arrival. The view is just breathtaking. This villa has 9 bedrooms (Emerald), but since it was just 2 of us, we just used the smaller portion of the house (Ruby).
We decided to have lunch and dinner at the villa since we traveled all the way from Montana (4 flights). The food was so delicious and the presentation was exquisite!!! I can’t believe that we decided to eat anywhere else as nothing compared to the taste let alone the beautiful presentation of the food. We even tried the Thai breakfast and found it amazing. The staff are so very kind. They really just want to please you. They even arranged for 2 massage therapists to come to the house (they have a spa room) and we loved having the massages so much that we had them come again. This is the perfect villa for a family or couples but it was equally as wonderful for just the two of us.

Great, well-maintained and good service
We stayed at Villa Amylia (Emerald) for 9 days. It was great! We love privacy and peace and that can be found here. Usually it all looks good in the pictures but in reality you get disappointed. But this was beyond our expectations and surprised us immensely! The view in the morning was phenomenal and the breakfast from Pui completed this amazing moment. Also, all the food was great from the chef, should you stay here we recommend the club sandwich and the chicken cashew nuts! I also think it is important that it should smell nice and be well cleaned and Villa Amylia met these requirements. Because of all these it really felt like our home. There was only 1 downside to mention and that was that we had to leave :) We will definitely come back here again!

Vincent and Wendy are extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Furthermore, the entire staff is available to provide you with full service from reception to departure. To make matters worse, if you have forgotten something at home, don’t worry, at Villa Amylia they have ignored everything.

Heaven on earth!
Built on top of a mountain in one of the more luxurious neighborhoods of Koh Samui, this paradise is where everything is just right; the beautiful serene view that can even be admired from the bed to the majestic service from super friendly staff. I was very happy with the small but “state of the art” gym where you can work off the calories from all those delicious meals, chosen by you and prepared as you wish, while listening to your own music. We also really enjoyed the cinema room where you can stretch out so comfortably that it is almost difficult not to fall into a deep sleep. With difficulty we left this paradise on the third day of our stay on the way to the beautiful beach that you admired every day from the infinity pool and a little further to the center of Samui. We look back on it as one of our most beautiful and relaxing holidays and hope to return again someday

Stayed at Villa Amylia (Emerald) for a stag night. There were 6 of us and the experience was honestly, amazing! The villa was super clean with an out-of-the-world view. The villa had a full stack gym, movie room and had a sound system throughout the house. We ordered dinner in advance and were greeted with refreshing towels as well as a full Thai dinner. We did a BBQ for 1 of the nights and were impressed by the food, and service.
Thanks for Khun Ann and the team for being very attentive! Small touches like chocolates and some small souvenirs to take home was very thoughtful. Once-in-a-lifetime experience for special occasions, loved every minute of our time there!

Amazing Villa experience – wold class view and food!
We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Amylia Emerald a few weeks ago and it was one of the most beautiful and relaxing experiences we have ever had! The Villa is stunning, extremely well appointed and thought out. We were two families with four adults and four kids and it was perfect for us all. Space for the kids to play (cinema room!) and amazing pool with a stunning view. The bedrooms all had views and the beds/pillows were so comfy. What made our time extra special was Ann and her amazing team! Our every need was taken care of and the food prepared by the wonderful chef was some of the best meals we had in Thailand! There was something for everyone, Thai food as well as delicious western options. We would highly recommend Villa Amylia and their incredible team for families or larger groups of friends – its truly special!

We stayed as a family of 16 from Bangkok, Singapore and London to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The moment we entered villa Amylia, it took our breath away. It was definitely a wow! moment for us all. The villa itself is stunning. The furnishings, art, materials, details and thought that went into this property does not go unnoticed. The staff were meticulous, warm, hospitable and went out of their way to make this holiday memorable one for our family. The food was excellent and cooked by their in house chef. My 4 year old son was ecstatic when he saw scooters and bikes were provided. The owners were also thoughtful enough to send balloons for my parents for their anniversary. I cannot fault this property much, except for the fact that it is a 5min drive to the beach. The distance however is what gives this villa its breathtaking views. It was a 6* stay with 6* staff. Villa Amylia is world class luxury at its best. We will be back and highly recommend it for groups of families and/or friends looking for an island getaway.

We stayed almost 2 weeks at Villa Amylia Ruby with amazing view and pool that gives the feeling that you swimming in the Ocean. The staff members gives you a real 6 stars feeling and also a true holiday feeling. The villa has all the luxury you can think of. The pillows where amazing that we decided with the approval of the owners to take them home. Breakfast/Lunch and diner were excellent. The clubsandwich was my favorite for lunch. Overall a excellent stay and want to go back as soon as possible.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Amylia Ruby for 3 weeks together with my wife. I was looking for a Villa that was centrally located in terms of location to the Bangrak and Chaweng districts. This was my second time on Koh Samui and I found these neighborhoods the most fun to stay. But I didn’t want to stay there all the time because of the crowds in these neighborhoods.
I was also looking for a view and facilities that made it possible to just stay in the villa for a whole day and completely unwind. This villa offered all this. The infinity pool is fantastic and offers breathtaking sea views from a great distance. Even the locals told me that this view is one of the most beautiful on the whole island.
The villa itself is beautiful. A very modern villa that is sleek and high quality finished with very beautiful wood elements incorporated in it. The beds were heavenly and the service was fantastic. I regularly ate in the villa the dishes that were made by the private chef at my request. The breakfast was also delicious. Also the support of the villa manager was very pleasant. She was able to arrange everything I desired. Basically everything you can expect from a high end villa and more.
All in all, We had a fantastic time. The perfect mix between unwinding with high service and breathtaking views and everything within reach in the Bangrak and Chaweng districts where there is the most to experience on the island.
When I come back to Koh Samui in the future I will definitely consider renting the villa again.

We stayed at villa Amylia. This luxury Villa has a breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand. Where you can wake up to see the amazing sunrise and jump straight to your private pool. Where you can hear the waves and the birds.
This is the most luxurious villa I have seen. even though coming from Los Angeles California, Where are a lot of luxurious villas. What’s unique about this luxurious villa is the detail is absolutely top-notch. If you want to enjoy Koh Samui in a unique and beautiful memory. Villa Amylia is the place.
