Villa Ananda Jivana Living
Villa Ananda Jivana offers absolute beachfront bliss with the sprawling property facing a stretch of white sand and the Andaman Sea. The villa is divided into standalone pavilions following classic Thai style, with an open layout allowing the tropics to stream into the living areas, while the bedrooms offer air-conditioned comfort.
Living Room
The Great Room is the heart and soul of the villa. This open-sided pavilion houses comfortable sofas and arm chairs with direct views of the pool and the ocean beyond. The villa has a separate air-conditioned TV room with a plush sofa and bean bags facing a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
Dining Room
Also housed in the Great Room, the formal dining table seats up to 14 guests. There’s also an alfresco dining table seating 8 guests housed in a covered beachfront sala. The villa includes a well equipped Western style kitchen.
Garden & Pool
Villa Ananda Jivana features a massive 25-metre pool which sits between the villa and the beach. The split-level pool cascades down to a separate shallow pool that’s perfect for the kids. The pool area is surrounded by sun beds ideal for perfecting that holiday tan.
The villa is hugged by a sprawling garden, which includes a lotus pond and waterfall feature and finally extends into a sandy stretch of Natai Beach. The Sunset Sala by the beach is perfectly positioned for enjoying a drink, massage or some yoga at sunset.

Villa Ananda Jivana has seven bedrooms. Four rooms have king-sized beds, two rooms have two single beds each and one room has two sets of bunk beds sleeping up to four kids. The bedrooms are divided into six pavilions.

Our trip to Villa Ananda was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of peace and tranquility. The location is perfect, just 25 minutes from Phuket Airport and right on the stunning beach.
We spent our days lounging on the shaded recliners and swimming in the gorgeous pool. One of our favorite experiences was enjoying a barbecue meal, either grilling ourselves or having the private chef whip up some incredible seafood dishes. Dining at the gazebo while feeling the gentle sea breeze was simply divine!
The sunsets from our beachfront spot were breathtaking, and we made sure to soak in every moment. The villa itself is spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Thai charm. It truly felt like our very own slice of paradise.
The staff were exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The onsite villa manager was always on hand to assist with whatever we needed, and the attendants took care of everything flawlessly.

Villa Ananda at Jivana Beach Villas is magnificent in every way. It’s conveniently located near Phuket Airport (30 minutes by taxi). The villa itself is very beautiful and spacious. The well-maintained grounds include numerous palm trees and plants. The villa has 6 bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a TV room with books and board games. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower, and some have bathtubs. The villa has excellent and friendly staff; they prepare excellent breakfasts in the mornings, and the entire villa, including the grounds, are cleaned daily. The villa has two gorgeous private pools, one for adults and one for children, private sun loungers and umbrellas, and a large selection of sports equipment (balls, bicycles, table tennis, badminton, water pistols, and a volleyball net). The villa is located on the seashore with a gorgeous, deserted beach. The villa has its own menu from which you can choose various dishes for lunch and dinner. Grocery can also be ordered.

Villa Ananda is the most glorious holiday destination just a short drive from Phuket airport. Situated in beautiful grounds shaded by palm trees the six well appointed bedrooms, each a separate self contained ‘villa’, all have views of the sea and glorious sunsets. The ‘great room’ with sitting and dining areas and ‘family room’ with television are all cooled by fans but can be air- conditioned on the hottest days. The infinity pool is 25 metres long with similar length children’s pool. All is beautifully maintained and the charming, smiling, helpful staff are a delight. The beautifully presented fruit for breakfast and delicious Thai food are memorable.
The empty white beach is a few steps from the garden, perfect for a morning or evening walk or run.

The rooms and bathrooms were fantastic with a view of the sea from all rooms. Comfortable beds, huge bathrooms and plenty of spaces for the family to sit and enjoy themselves. “Spectacular accommodation!”
Ananda at Jivana has simply luxurious sea facing villas. Having stayed 5 sleeps at this stunning place..I have been woken up by the beautiful sunrise each morning along a serene view of the spacious garden’s green grass and coconut trees …just perfect to start a day off with. The beach is only a 10 second walk from the villa front and there is a beautiful infinity pool just before the beach if one would rather swim in the pool. The food served at Ananda was delicious authentic thai food and the service from the friendly staff was perfect. I’d definitely head back to this heavenly place for my next visit if I could … for a business trip or a romantic getaway.. It’s simply gorgeous.

“Simply Awesome!”
We did a family vacation for the Matriach’s Birthday. Awesome for kids and adults. Excellent service from staff. Excellent food. Just an amazing view, the Villa is right on the beach (a very long stretch of beach so it’s secluded). Sea is starting to get rough this time of year with rips n undercurrents, so best to build sand castles for kids.
The pool is so amazing it more than compensates. There’s a Lotus supermarket in the town nearby (10-15mins) so it’s really easy to do a quick run up there if you need anything (or get the staff to do it). As for staff they are lovely, if you stay there please tip them when you leave (just a token of appreciation).
