Villa Anaya Manis was made for hosting an entourage, featuring nine ensuite bedrooms and two large living and dining areas perfect for wining, dining and socialising in style – there is even a walk in wine cellar that’s guaranteed to get the good times rolling.

Villa Anaya Manis offers an abundance of space, both indoors and outside in the lush gardens. The villa’s two pavilions beautifully encompass the two swimming pools, creating the exclusive feel of your very own private resort in Bali. Inside the villa, rooms are largely rendered in contrasting hues of dark polished timber and crisp white. This creates a clean palette that feels streamlined and timeless, with subtle tropical influences adding a unique touch of Bali. Each room includes beautiful Indonesian details – whether wood carvings or ornate textiles – and everywhere you turn, you’re greeted by lush views of the tropical gardens.

Living Room

True to the villa’s impressive dimensions, there are two living rooms for guests to choose from. Both buildings feature a lavishly large living and dining area on the ground floor with full wall windows looking out to the pool and garden. Like the entire villa, the living areas are decorated in elegant tones of black and white. Subtle touches of Indonesian art combined with luscious tropical views give the rooms an unmistakable feel of Bali. In the main house, the living room features an inviting grey sofa that faces a large flatscreen TV. You can close the glass doors and turn on the AC to enjoy a cosy movie night. Over in the second building, the ground floor living areas are dominated by a massive white sofa, offering the perfect setting for relaxed mingling or quiet contemplation.

Dining Room

Again living up to its grand stature, Villa Anaya Manis features two indoor dining areas for guests to gather around in. In the main house, you will find a stunning 12-seater table rendered in the villa’s signature tones of fresh white and dark wood. This dining area is flanked by an open plan guest kitchen on one side and a fabulous walk in wine cellar on the other. For a more intimate setting, there is a four-seater dining table over in the second pavilion, followed by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with three more seats available at the breakfast bar. The two kitchens come with all the essentials and then some, with available equipment including a coffee maker, blender and rice cooker. Of course, nothing beats dining alfresco and the villa also features a fabulous outdoor dining area. Here guests can tuck into delicious meals while being fully immersed in Bali’s tropical ambiance.

Garden

The villa’s lush outdoor areas resemble your very own private resort. There are two sparkling swimming pools to choose from, with dainty frangipani trees adding that unmistakable touch of Bali. One of the pools features a shallow area which is great if you’re travelling with kids or simply prefer to chill out in the pool enjoying a cold beverage. The two pools are connected through a generous white deck dotted with sun beds and parasols and a serene statue of the Buddha. There is also a shaded area with a generous alfresco dining table flanked by a relaxed lounge area. Everywhere you look, you’re greeted by the lush green and turquoise hues of the tropics. Bliss!

Gym

Located on the upper floor of the main house, the villa’s compact gym offers all the essentials needed for an effective workout. The air-conditioned space features full wall mirrors, a treadmill, stationary bike, hack squat machine, yoga balls, free weights and dumbbells.

Villa Anaya Manis features nine bedrooms that are generously spread over two buildings. Though each room is unique, they all share a few key elements that ensure restful sleep and a relaxing stay throughout. The rooms feature polished hardwood floors and fresh white walls which allow the tropical textiles to shine. All nine rooms are furnished with a king-sized bed and adjoined by an ensuite bathroom.

Villa Anaya Manis is a nine-bedroom villa that’s divided into two standalone buildings, each of them spanning two floors. The main house features living and dining areas on the ground floor, along with one bedroom. There are three more bedrooms upstairs. This floor also houses the villa’s gym. The second building features living and dining areas on the ground floor with three more bedrooms located upstairs. The villa has large gardens and two swimming pools measuring 8.5 x 4.5 metres and 9 x 4 metres in size.

Villa Manager

Villa Anaya Manis’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Security

Villa Anaya Manis includes night time security between 11pm – 7am.

Villa Anaya Manis is located in Seminyak, Bali. Seminyak is known as one of the most cosmopolitan areas of the island, offering an endless selection of trendy restaurants, cute cafes, luxuriant spas and fabulous beach clubs. Villa Anaya Manis is tucked away in a more quiet, residential area, allowing for blissful peace and quiet while relaxing at the villa. Jalan Kayu Aya, Seminyak’s unofficial Eat Street, is just a quick five-minute drive away. Even closer to home, the winding Jalan Mertanadi is home to iconic and perpetually packed eateries like Naughty Nuri’s, Gusto Gelato and Braud. Beach clubs like Ku De Ta and Potato Head can be reached in about 15 minutes or so. The villa is also ideally positioned for organising day trips as Sunset Road, the thoroughfare that connects Seminyak to other parts of the island, is just 500 metres away.
