Villa Ava consists of 7 two-bedroom villas which can be rented as a one bedroom villa located walking distance to the main street in Seminyak.
Villa Ava is a magnificent group of holiday villas and incredible value. Villa Ava is comprised of seven luxury villas each with 2 bedrooms. The villas were designed by Cv Tiga and Utama Karya who are local Balinese architects. Villa Ava is a great find in Seminyak, the villas are well designed with a traditional Balinese influence, modern furnishings and materials such as natural stones and local artwork.

All the villas are having an open plan living area with sofas.

The fully equipped kitchen is modern and fully equipped for cooking. The dining and living area open plan looking out onto the pool area.
Garden & Pool
You will be greeted with a private plunge pool in the tropical gardens when you enter the grand Balinese gates of every villa. Every villa also comes with a private jacuzzi, which can accommodate at least 8 people. The pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and there is a gazebo nearby.
Villa Ava Bedrooms
Each villa has been designed with luxury in mind and finished with the highest quality materials and workmanship. Each of the seven Villa Ava villas comes with two bedrooms. The rooms are decorated with stone carvings and Italian marble as the finishing touch.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is air conditioned and equipped with a TV and DVD player. It has a king size bed, huge bathroom with rain shower and dual his and hers basins.
Guest Bedroom Two
The guest bedroom is just like the master bedroom equipped with a TV and DVD player. It also has a king size bed, huge bathroom with rain shower and dual his and hers basins.

Your stay in Villa Ava is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Ava’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Ava’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Villa Ava provides 24 hours security.
Villa Ava Location
Villa Ava are situated right in the center of the Oberoi area, Seminyak. It will only take you a few minutes to walk to the beach. It is also a few minutes from nearby bars and restaurants like Ultimo and Ku De Ta.
The villas are located in a compound, which is about 100 meters from a main road. You will find most of the interesting shops along this main road. It will take you about 30 minutes to get to the airport depending on the traffic.

Great location. Villa was just beautiful. We travelled as a family with 3 kids ages 7, 12, 13 and it was a great set up for us. It would also be great for 2 couples or families with older children. The staff was so nice and helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast could have been a bit better, that would be my only recommendation. We were there Dec 26 and it was garbage season on the beach. We had no idea this existed so we were disappointed with that but we were able to enjoy the pool at the villa, we just love that. It is very close to all the shops, great restaurants and but on a nice quiet street. Would definitely stay again.

Really wonderful staff. Very close to seminyak square, so close to the main strip without the hustle and bustle. Really loved our time there so we extended for 2 more nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Great wifi for Bali.

A warm welcome set the tone for a delightful stay at Villa Ava in November 2013. Staff were wonderful, our accomodation was absolutely perfect for 3 adults, the pool and spa the perfect place for the hot weather- morning,noon and night! Quiet location and yet a short walk to the main areas. IStaff are happy to arrange anything you require. We were pretty self sufficient so enjoyed meals in most of the nearby restaurants and the slow dawdle “home” to be warmly greeted each time!

“First time in Bali”
Our first stay in Bali and we could not have had a better introduction. The staff at the Villa were simply lovely and very helpful – nothing was a trouble to them. The location was good – very quiet but close to the shops and restaurants and an easy taxi ride to anywhere else.

“Amazing,quiet,the friendliest staff,modern and close to everything”
In the past we have stayed at two other villas owned by the same owners Villa Samudra Raya, Villa Dewata and both were fantastic, reservations at Ava Villas were made with little fuss, Arrival and checkin was with ease, The Villas at Ava are very clean, modern and are only a short stroll on a newly surfaced road to Oberoi St and some amazing restaurants and coffee shops, The staff at Villa Ava are hand picked, Gede who we have met previously at Samudra Raya and Ketut could not do enough for us anything we wanted or needed they arranged with the biggest smiles on there faces. We would recommend that after reading this review don’t hesitate just book
Room Tip: We stayed in Villa 6 the second last at the end of the path it was quiet and we had no complaints.

“Beautiful stay with my community!”
Beautiful place and awesome villa! Stayed during the long weekend in May. Traveled with 14 other friends and we booked 3 villas!
The staffs were very helpful and their service was very good! The villa was so good that we didn’t wanna leave! Great place for gathering of friends. The condition is quite at a excellent state as it is new. Hope they are able to maintain this all the way!
