Art, views and decadence. Those are the three words that best describe life at Villa Baan Phu Prana. The villa’s sheer size alone makes it feel incredibly luxurious, with nine bedrooms and lavish living areas spilling over three floors, all connected through marble covered hallways. And while the incredible ocean views would more than suffice, the villa offers plenty of eye candy within its walls as well. Many of the rooms are housed in ornately crafted Thai pavilions and they are adorned with fascinating pieces of art, antiques and curios. Whether you’re admiring the views from the poolside sala, enjoying a massage in the rainforest spa or simply relaxing on the living room sofas, there are is always something to inspire and pamper you at Villa Baan Phu Prana.
Living Room
The living room is positioned at the highest point of the villa, in a pavilion crowned by a traditional pitched roof. This stylish space invites guests to relax and mingle all the while enjoying enviable views of your very own infinity pool. The high vaulted ceiling gives the room a regal Thai feel that’s echoed in the beautiful objets d’art that adorn the room. The air-conditioned room centres around white sectional sofas, with framed images of pop culture icons adding a modern twist to this timelessly elegant space.
Dining Room
In keeping with the villa’s palatial stature, there are a few epic dining venues for guests to choose from. The formal dining room is housed in a pavilion on the villa’s top floor and offers beautiful panoramas of the ocean. This is an elegant space that’s dominated by tones of black, white and grey. A long dining table sits at the centre of the air-conditioned room, with a sleek modern kitchen discretely tucked to the side of the room. If you prefer to dine alfresco, there is a generous dining area waiting outside by the pool. There is also a cute little bar area close by to help get everyone into a festive mood.
Garden & Pool
The villa is built on a lush tropical hillside and the property is entirely framed by palm trees and other tropical flora. The standout feature is of course the infinity pool which takes pride of place on the villa’s top floor, offering sweeping 180-degree views of the ocean bay. When you’re not busy clocking laps in the pool, you can grab a seat on one of the surrounding sun beds and work on your tan while drinking in the scenery. The poolside deck works as an epic alfresco living room with a large dining area and lounge seating located close to the pool and a beautiful poolside sala offering a relaxing place in the shade. Thanks to plush cushions and plump pillows, the sala is the perfect spot to sit back, relax and raise your glass to a stunning Phuket sunset.
Spa
The spa room is dedicated to relaxation and wellness. Surrounded by tropical greenery, the space features two massage beds and a beautiful sunken bathtub. The setting feels like a private jungle sanctuary. In addition to the spa equipment, the same space also features a stationary bike, cross trainer and a treadmill. To top it all off, the spa room is also adjoined by a sauna. Our sauna and steam bath facilities are accessible between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Guests are not permitted to operate these facilities independently. Only authorised staff members are allowed to manage the sauna and steam bath to prevent any potential damages.

Villa Baan Phu Prana is a nine-bedroom villa that spans three floors. The living and dining areas are located on the top floor, as is the villa’s 15 x 6 metre infinity pool. The bedrooms are located on the lower floors. The ground floor also houses the villa’s spa and fitness room.

Your stay in Villa Baan Phu Prana is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Baan Phu Prana’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Thai hospitality. Our current staffing arrangement includes six dedicated staff members catering to guests, with a maximum working limit of 10 hours per day.
Villa Manager
Villa Baan Phu Prana’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements. Our kitchen is exclusively for our in-house chefs. It is against our policy to allow external chefs to use the kitchen facilities. Our in-house chef, along with support staff, operates until 10:00 PM. Beyond this time, kitchen operations cease.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa Baan Phu Prana include 24-hour security for the estate.
Location
Villa Baan Phu Prana is located in the beautiful region of Surin in Phuket, Thailand. Nestled in a community of high end villas, the villa sits on a beautiful elevation and offers sweeping panoramas of Surin Beach and the turquoise expanse of the ocean. Though the setting feels luxuriously private and serene, it only takes five minutes to reach picture perfect Surin Beach or the more secluded and exclusive Laem Sing Beach. Popular beach clubs like Carpe Diem and Catch are also within a 10-minute drive from the villa. High end Kamala – home to Café Del Mar beach club and Phuket FantaSea theme park – can be reached in 10 minutes, while the sights and sounds of Patong Beach are about 30 minutes away.

A wonderful, very wonderful, five-star resort with a true name. Enjoyable, especially for relaxing and sitting inside. The swimming pool is beautiful and has fun activities for children. The hotel service is nice and fast, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In the beginning, I took a room overlooking the ocean, and there was strong air and the sound of the waves was loud, and this bothered me a little. Then I changed the room away from the beach and it was wonderful and quiet.
The advantage of the resort is that it has an application through which you can communicate and order whatever you want without the need to call or go to the reception. The downside of the hotel is that the furniture is old and the insulation of the rooms is poor. Also, the hotel is located inside a very large complex and has many hotels and a shopping center. If you want to leave the complex, a car is required to transport you with an amount of money (200 baht). As for the free transportation, it has specific times and is far from each other, and when you ask for a transfer to the resort’s exit, they refuse on the pretext that it has Specific times.

Stayed here summer 2022 Our group rented the whole villa and it was my first Villa vacation. It was definitely worth the money. The views from the top is amazing, the pool water temperature was always perfect. The host was excellent, her staff were incredible. First time in Thailand. Stayed at the beautiful Baan Phu boutique Villa in Phuket, what an amazing experience. Travelled with my family and other friends to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. The view is breath taking, the rooms were really lovely, and the bed was just the way I love it. The decor of the villa was beautiful. The infinity pool was amazing. Renovations were just completed on the villa before we arrived.
Catherine the owner was there to meet us. What an amazing hostess. She was friendly, accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. She is constantly thinking of ways to improve the villa and her service.
The staff of the villa were excellent and so pleasant. Their service was impeccable, they were out to please and meet our every need. Shout out to Dewy the manager, the chef, Kai and her husband. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but they were all so awesome!
The food was delicious and fresh. We had freshly squeezed juices every morning. We had a complementary bus pick us from the airport and drop us back at the airport. I came to celebrate a friend, but I would in a heartbeat return to this villa again and I plan to. It has just been days, but I miss it already. I would definitely recommend this villa. EXCELLENCE ON STEROIDS !!!
It was my first time in Thailand. My family and friends went down to celebrate my 50th birthday and my daughters 16th birthday.
The Villa:
Very beautiful, breathtaking, very well maintained, Spotless. We utilized every nook and cranny of this villa. The spa was one of my favourite it had a steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage tables set up in a calm very airy room that will take you to la la land once your back hits that table. The ambience is to live for. Another favourite place was where we spent most of our time when we were in the villa was The roof top. It hosted the living room, office, dinning and kitchen.and the newly renovated fibre optic infinity pool. My God the view from this place is unimaginable. Simply breathtaking!! Priceless.
The Food:
We had 2 chefs they threw down every single day. Fresh exotic fruits, fresh juices. The best Thai green curry i have ever had. So delicious.
The Staff:
Excellent!! Dewy was so helpful during the planning process. She would stay up late to answer my questions, she would give great suggestions. All she wanted was for us to really relax and be taking care of and that was what we got. Kai and Nim great duo. Very very helpful. Chef Soo and Chef Lert very cheerful no matter how many times we ask for more food they were willing to make more. You see our group we love good food so it was not our fault the food was good. Lol
The Hostess:
Catherine!!!! Absolutely amazing. So kind. She made our stay extra special. She welcomed us so warmly. She made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. She is constantly looking for ways to improve the ambience of her property.

We spent 5 nights in this very beautiful hotel with tasteful decoration, pretty swimming pool overlooking the beaches of Surin, the view is superb! We appreciated the calm of the hotel and the great kindness of the staff. Very good restaurant but a little expensive… Too bad, at the price of the room, to have this basic and repetitive breakfast which would still deserve a fresh orange juice… A shuttle is available to go down to the beach, watch out for taxis who don’t want to take you to the hotel because the road is too steep and the only ones who go up there will ask you for 300baths with the possibility of negotiation! As for going up there on foot, courage! Excellent posts!

Lovely place. Located 5 minutes by car from Surin Beach, on a hill with breathtaking views, spacious and well-kept rooms, shuttle service to and from the beach (just a little notice), excellent food, infinity pool. The only flaws I found were: some of the staff have difficulties with the English language, very beautiful view however it does not overlook Surin Beach, where there is a beautiful sunset, but on a beach further north. Ok, you can still see the sunset from the pool. The plus points, however, are many: the road to get there is not the most comfortable, the last climb to the hotel is very steep and not all cars can climb it; furthermore, to get to the reception you have to climb 3 or 4 flights of quite steep stairs. But as soon as you arrive it feels like you’re in a Wat, very quiet and relaxing, with Thai style structures and lots of Asian objects, including very suggestive paintings. Upon arriving at Appeba we received an upgrade, the room is really spacious and beautiful, especially the bathroom. An experience worth trying, considering the fact that it is very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket.

We booked at this hotel the day before arrival. It is a great place, for family and not, extremely peaceful.
Hotel has 8 or 10 (dont remember) rooms, big and clean! Restaurant is also very good. Free shuttle to Surin and Baotang beaches. Staff and hotel manager very polite and helpful in organizing airport transport (700 Baht, 1way) and daily excursion.
Location is on top of hill, great view with infinity pool, 30min to/from ARPT and 30min Patong beach.
I recommend this place to everybody, for couples and for families but keep in mind, there is not, or I havent seen any kids area.

Amazing!
Just got back from an amazing trip in Phuket. We stayed 5 nights during Christmas in this boutique hotel . The view is stunning , staff was very polite, kind and were always at our disposal when we needed them. We didn’t go out much since we were able to have breakfast ,lunch and dinner at the villa . I had a massage every day,cocktails , …etc . The room was beautiful and clean. Even my laundry was done very quickly when asked . We are coming back to this beautiful place and would like to thank the staff for making our holiday amazing .
