VILLA BANATI

This sun kissed villa showcases many of the most beautiful aspects of Moroccan culture and design. The intricate mosaic tile work is inspiring, reaching from the polished floors all the way to the ornate ceiling. There is something very luxurious and dare we say regal about this villa. Perhaps it’s the opulent styling or those glorious gardens. The near life-sized lion statue poised beneath a grand chandelier certainly adds a royal twist!

Living Room

The living areas are impossibly grand, featuring beautiful, tiled floors, mosaic ceilings, a crackling fireplace, curved staircase, shimmering chandeliers… and an imposing lion statue in the middle of the foyer. You can enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace on the midnight blue sofa, or retreat to one of the lounges framing the doorway. You will also find more intimate seating areas nestled at both ends of that impressive staircase.

Dining Room

The dining table is located close to the living room’s main seating area. Again, the floor is covered in ornate tiles and the whole space is lit up by a glamorous chandelier. The table can accommodate a group of eight seated on elegant high back leather chairs. Alternatively, you can enjoy your meals outside on the poolside terrace where a wooden dining table sits in the shade of olive and palm trees.

Garden

Villa Banati is nestled amid gardens that beautifully showcase palm trees, cacti and other plants native to the area. The centrepiece is a cobalt blue swimming pool that stretches at 15 metres long. The pool is surrounded by white sun beds, with an alfresco dining area and lavish lounge furniture offering even more opportunity to enjoy this beautiful setting to the fullest. Yet another highlight is the courtyard garden that features intricate tile work and centres around an enchanting fountain. It’s like a postcard view of a Moroccan riad. And then there is the piece de resistance – the villa’s scenic rooftop terrace where guests can relax on a plush red sofa while admiring the surrounding landscape.

Villa Banati features six bedrooms. While all rooms are equally beautiful, they are each unique, adorned with bespoke textiles featuring unique colours and patterns. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all furnished with a queen-sized bed and adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. There are three more bedrooms on the upper floor – again, all with queen-sized beds. One of them is ensuite while the remaining two rooms share a bathroom between them.

Villa Banati is a six-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The villa features enclosed living and dining areas, large gardens, expansive outdoor living areas, and a 15 x 4 metre swimming pool. Of the six bedrooms, four are ensuite while the remaining two share a bathroom between them.

Villa Manager

Villa Banati’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

Villa Banati It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa Banati includes 24-hour security.
