This stunning and striking villa exemplifies Gary Fell’s singular point of view. The founder of GFAB Architects is a master of creating modern spaces that seamlessly fuse with the tropical landscape. The villa’s multitiered layout creates unique contours that are beautiful to behold and also ensure that those million dollar vistas are always front and centre. The rooms are rendered in fresh shades of white, blue and calming grey with curated furniture and expertly chosen materials allowing Samui’s sensational scenery to truly shine.
Living Room
The living area is a lavish, open plan space that takes pride of place on the villa’s top floor. With no walls or doors to hinder the views, you can enjoy some of the finest views on the whole island while relaxing on the dove grey sofa. With its generous size and U-shaped formation, the sofa is ideal for hosting a full entourage with multiple ceiling fans keeping the whole crew nice and cool amid the tropics.
Dining Room
The dining table is located right behind the lounge area on the villa’s top floor. This is a great setup for those occasions when part of the group is still lingering at the dining table while others have already moved over to the sofa to admire the sunset. The dining table is followed by a bar counter which separates the dining area from the villa’s fully equipped kitchen.
Media Room
Need a break from the tropical elements? Escape to the villa’s air-conditioned media room! Here you can relax on a massive grey sofa and enjoy all your favourite movies and TV shows. The TV room is decked out with a 75-inch TV, Bose surround sound and IPTV.
Games Room
The villa’s compact games room features a treadmill, yoga mats and a fun bonus feature – a ping pong table! The room is fully air-conditioned and offers the villa’s signature ocean views.
Garden & Pool
The top floor is taken up by lavish living and entertainment areas that deliciously blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The centre piece is of course the gorgeous L-shaped infinity pool whose 15-metre length is not even the most impressive part. The most jaw-dropping feature has got to be The View – a stunning panorama of the Gulf of Thailand with picture perfect Koh Phangan looming in the distance. In case you’re bringing the kids, there’s also a shallow section where the little ones can splash around safely. On those rare occasions when you find yourself not immersed in that stunner of a pool, you can work on your tan on the nearby sunbeds, enjoy a lazy nap in the nearby hammock or shoot the breeze at the bar area which is adjoined by a sumptuous sunken lounge.
Spa
No need to venture out to a spa – unless you absolutely want to. The villa’s air-conditioned spa room features two massage beds and walls rendered in a tranquil shade of midnight blue.
Villa Blue View Luxe Bedrooms
Villa Blue View Luxe features five bedrooms. The bedrooms are light and modern and luxuriously spacious in size. They are dominated by fresh white and deep blue shades with touches of rich timber adding opulence. Each room is framed by glass doors opening to an ocean view balcony and all five rooms feature ensuite bathrooms. When it comes to bedding configurations, there is great flexibility here. Two rooms feature queen sized beds and two rooms come with two single beds. The latter may also be converted into king configuration if needed. The fifth bedroom includes two queen-sized beds with two single lofted bunk-style beds above them, comfortably accommodating up to four adults and two children under 11 years old.

The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed draped in fresh white linen and dotted with azure blue pillows. The bed faces a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall and there are closets on either side of the bed. The bathroom fluidly adjoins the bedroom with no walls separating the two spaces. The standout feature is a freestanding bathtub with dual vanities positioned on the opposite wall. The shower and toilet are discreetly positioned behind partition walls.

Villa Blue View Luxe’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

The villa itself is simply stunning – and built to a very high standard and spec. The pool level is a great place to hang out, sunbathe, swim and gather around the huge table for meals, snacks or drinks! The bedrooms are a calm and luxurious retreat with comfortable beds and high standard shower and sink fittings. Then of course there’s the service of the villa team – from running you to places of interest on Samui, to BBQing lobsters on the grill – you will be made to feel very welcome here!

Very close to the beach with some great local restaurants, and an easy drive to all other attractions that Samui has to offer. That said very little reason to leave the villa to be honest, it has everything you need.

I had the most wonderful 4 days. Beautiful villa with superb service. The view was magnificent and the rooms were spacious and there was enough space and private areas to accommodate our group of 8 young adults and 7 parents. The staff cared for us well and cooked us delicious meals within relatively short notice when we decided to stay in. We even had one night of seafood bbq w lobsters etc all purchased by the staff at a reasonable staff.

Fabulous time at Villa Blue last week which they like to call the Low Season (October) – honestly I couldn’t think of a better time to go – the weather ,despite a couple of hours rain every day, was spectacular and the temperature lovely. The villa itself is beautiful and has one of the most spectacular views you will ever experience and for me as golfer brilliantly located as it’s just 15 mins from Santiburi Golf Club which itself had half price green fees as it was low season. Will definitely be returning next year.

Best retreat ever!!
Blue View Luxe villa is the most stunning retreat I have stayed in. With its amazing ocean views, infinity pool, and spacious guest rooms (each with an ensuite and seaviews). The nearby amenities include massage havens, seaside restaurants, and cafes added convenience to our stay. The steep drive requires a 4WD but the vistas are well worth it. Fishermans village and Chaweng markets are only a 10 -15 min car ride away. The staff offer an efficient and friendly service – from delicious barista coffees, arranging massages, cleaning the rooms to managing our transfers, the team were at our beck and call. Overall, it’s a great choice for those seeking a luxurious stay in Samui, with easy access to both relaxation and local attractions. It will go down as one of the best holiday retreats ever!! 👌🏊🐘🌺10/10.

Beyond Amazing
Exceeded expectations, perfect and amazing. Beautiful views, sunrises and sunsets…whether it be from your sun lounger or in the infinity pool, or from the open kitchen/dining/lounge spaces or from the comfort of your bedroom on the 2nd or 3rd floor…the views are there to soak it all in. The staff were also wonderful and made sure our holiday whims were met and that we were well looked after. The Villa itself was spacious and luxurious, offering a perfect escape for group gatherings as well as those seeking alone time after a day of excursions or shopping. Amenities were excellent and the decor was classy and beautiful with that minimalist feel. Location is ideal with massage salons, restaurants and beach only minutes away. I could not recommend a better place to unwind, relax and just BE in Koh Samui.

Perfect villa for your Samui vacation!
Just had the most incredible five days at Blue View villa! Went with a group of friends, but would also be a great villa for a family visit. The view across the Samui coastline is incredible, and almost every spot across the villa provides these views. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed with all the amenities you could need. Villa staff are really helpful and attentive – and great cooks and cocktail mixers too! The location is great in terms of plenty of little restaurants, cafes and bars on the beach which is about a 3 min drive down the hill, plus only a 15 min drive into Fishermen’s Village for more bars, restaurants, markets, shopping, etc. Thoroughly recommend Blue View and will certainly be heading back!

Highly recommend this Villa in Koh Samui! The location is absolutely stunning and hugely convenient with only a short drive to Fisherman’s Wharf. The Villa feels extremely luxurious, without being overwhelming – you instantly feel you can relax. Every detail has been thought of, from the Aloe Vera for sun burn in the bathrooms to the huge array of kitchen crockery and towels so you never run out of anything! Beds are super comfortable, air cons all work perfectly plus there are ceiling fans throughout. The staff are very friendly, helpful and service oriented. Kiki, May & the team look after you very well! This Villa is truly perfect whether you’re travelling with family or with a group of mates. I can’t wait for a time when I am able to travel back to Koh Samui & hopefully stay here!

World class villa with views for days
The most perfect villa on Thailands greatest island. From the moment, we walked through the doors and savoured the view we knew we would never want to leave. The pool, view and chilling space is second to none. Rooms tastefully appointed and cleaned well every day. My clothes were folded and my stuff organised, like my own personal butler. Staff were lovely, and helpful. The location of the villa is perfect to dip in and out of all that Samui has to offer. After my 10th visit to Samui, I know where I will always want to stay from now on. Great for groups or for families with kids, especially tweens. Very well appointed and lots of nice touches to make your stay out of this world from the owners and management.

Amazing for both large groups or families
Stayed here with two other families (6 adults and 6 kids) and had plenty or space. The villa is spacious and only a few months old with amazing 180 degree views (looking north towards Ko Pha Ngan). The villa is clean and the finishes are extremely good with high spec appliances and fixtures. The villa is well-equipped to stay in for your entire visit or the helpful in house staff can help you with your trips out. The good – The views – see photos. – the manager sends you a list of things you may need for them to buy for you when you arrive so that you have drinks and food the moment you walk through the door. – Plenty of room – large outside lounge areas, one indoor TV area, dining area, 3 bedrooms on next level with ensuites then a large bedroom next to a 5 bed kids room (incl bunks) and play room with treadmill and ping pong table on the level below. – Bose surround sound on pool level – you can turn these up to 11 and not annoy anyone around. This is particularly helpful if kids go to bed early and you want to keep entertaining by the pool. – the live-in staff are amazing and can help with whatever you need – The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area but close to restaurants, cafes, groceries etc – Wifi is very good and the technology in the villa works very well. Things to be aware of – The villa is located up a large hill – the villa staff drive you down and up whenever needed and taxis/grab ride share make that easy. – if staying with very young kids there are a few stairs from the lowest level to the top level (obviously) but only really an issue for very young kids, my 3 year old was bounding up and down them easily. Will be back.
