Villa Boonta Living
Villa Boonta is a flawless achievement in modern design and five-star luxury. While the beachfront locale is nothing short of heavenly, this meticulously designed villa more than rises to the occasion. It is rare to see a villa where each element has been so thoughtfully designed and where all six bedrooms are so lavishly luxurious – in this villa, no one has to settle for a so-so room. While you could easily cocoon yourself in your beautiful suite, or park yourself in the games room (or the gym, or the spa, or…), we dare you to resist the beach – it’s like something from a dream!
Living Room
Villa Boonta offers a sensational setting for entertaining large groups in style. The living room is located right by the main pool and offers spectacular views of the ocean glimmering beyond. This air-conditioned space features two massive, u-shaped sofas that can comfortably seat a group of 20 guests. There’s also a 75-inch smart TV to keep everyone entertained, with top of the line speakers adding to the experience. Thanks to the open floor plan, guests can easily socialize with those still lingering around the dining table.
Dining Room
The dining area is an organic extension of the living room, creating a fabulous communal space where the whole group can eat, drink, and be merry. The long timber dining table can seat all 12 guests staying in the villa, with more seats available at the nearby breakfast bar. This bar separates the dining area from the villa’s show kitchen, which is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and a coffee machine.
Games Room
The villa’s air-conditioned games room is fitted with foosball and billiard tables – the latter can also be converted into a ping-pong table. Let the games begin!
Gym
Offering the villa’s signature sea views, the gym offers an exceptionally inspiring setting for workouts. The air-conditioned gym is fitted with a Technogym dumbbell set, treadmill, stationary bike, multifunctional machine, yoga mats, and an exercise ball. The room is adjoined by a powder room.
Spa
Located next to the games room and gym, the spa room offers the perfect setting for some in-villa indulgence. The spa room features a Jacuzzi bath, steam room, and a sauna, with a walk-in changing area adding convenience.
Garden
The villa’s setting could not be more picturesque. Only a few patches of lawn and a couple of palm trees separate the villa from the beach – how’s that for a backyard! Though the beach is pretty hard to resist, the villa’s two swimming pools offer some stiff competition. The main pool is 18 metres long and has a stunning infinity edge, with a waterfall cascading down to the second swimming pool. The main pool is lined with a row of sun beds and each of the bedrooms is adjoined by its own terrace. There’s also a 12-seater dining table for alfresco meals – perfect!

Villa Boonta features six bedrooms. Each room is equivalent of a luxe hotel suite, complete with lavish sleeping quarters, lounge area, kitchenette, and an extravagant ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are divided over three levels and are all incredibly spacious, with each room measuring at 105 square metres in size.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, providing direct access to the lower level swimming pool and the beach. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, and it’s adjoined by a private lounge room. Villa Boonta is a six-bedroom villa that’s built over three levels. The ground floor houses two bedrooms and one swimming pool. The middle floor houses the living and dining areas, main swimming pool, and two bedrooms, with the gym, games room, and spa tucked at the back. The top floor houses the two remaining bedrooms.

Villa Manager
Villa Boonta’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

I had THE BEST experience here! The workers are AMAZING! They are so kind and work so hard so please tip them generously. I am so grateful to have stayed here and I will definitely recommend this villa to anyone who comes to Thailand. The views are 10/10 and you will never be left hungry lol. They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert AND they include you in making the menu. They provide room service and even leave small treats on the bed. I was very sad to leave but I will be back!!!

Beautiful villa and amazing facilities. Everything was clean and the rooms were our favorite part. Each room is like a suite/villa on its own, the beds, toilet and the living area were all beautifully designed, and comfortable. It’s perfect for multiple families traveling together, allowing each one their own privacy but still together in the main areas. Service was amazing too and we adored the staff! The Villa has their own cafe next door, which they bring their desserts from there and everything was amazing! Don’t miss out on trying their dessert menu, already miss it!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa BOONTA!
The beach front villa was so nice!
The beach had a beautiful White sand & well maintained (always clean compared to the beachfronts of the other villas nearby) The rooms were all clean and beautiful! (except the ants was too much on the kitchenette in our master bedroom but we didn’t really use the kitchenette so I didn’t mind)
The masters bedrooms had fridge in each room which was really nice! and a spacious bath areas.
The manager and the staffs were all very nice, friendly and accommodating. (although it was hard to communicate in English with them) 1 or 2 staff always stay until 22pm and make sure they clean the living area before they leave.
The downside for me was:
1.)The bathroom towels smells like fabric softener. Too strong that I can smell it on my hair and body after I use it. The pillows/bedding smells like fabric softener too. The villa manager tried not to use fabric softener on our pillows & bedsheets after I told him, however the smell was still there. (I’m aware that synthetic fragrance doesn’t disappear right away like that) Sometimes the bath towels are being rolled still damp and placed back to the bathroom.
2.) They do in house laundry which was nice. However the clothes came back not folded properly and very wrinkly. Plus they put my clean clothes inside the same bag that I used my dirty clothes…
Overall, we all had a wonderful stay! Thanks to all the staffs! and would love to go back someday!

EXQUISITE!!
My wife and I stayed at Villa Boonta for 2 nights for her 40th birthday. We were picked up from the airport by their driver, it was a 20 minute drive from Phuket airport.
On arrival, we were warmly greeted by Cocoa the villa’s manger and our dedicated housekeeper Ja-Aey and were offered refreshments in the main building with a breathtaking view of the sandy beach, the ocean and the blue skies.
We were then given the tour of this magnificent villa by Cocoa. There were 6 almost identically designed units, 2 apartments in the main building and 4 bungalows outside. The interior design was elegant and luxurious, with spacious and separate living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is a fully equipped gym and a games room with a pool table which rolls over into a ping pong table and a table football.
The sandy beach is very clean and quite, we hardly saw anyone walking by. But be mindful of quite strong waves.
The staff were all so kind and attentive and made us feel like loyalty. We were served freshly made pancakes with fresh berries and coffee for our breakfast as we had requested. We had lunch by the pool from the Boonta Café menu next door. There is a wide variety of delicious Thai dishes and a few international dishes to choose from.
For the evening, we went to old town Phuket as recommended by Cocoa. Before leaving the villa Ja-aey noticed that my wife’s braids were opening up and kindly offered to redo them. The buildings in the old town are designed in colonial Portuguese style and there were so many options for shopping and beautiful cafes to eat and drink.
For the second and our final day, we wanted to try some local southern Thai food for lunch, so Cocoa recommended a famous local restaurant called Kin Dee. The ambiance was perfect and the food was delicious.
Also, for the same afternoon he recommended and arranged for us to visit Chee View Point. On our return to the villa Cocoa and his team surprised my wife with a delicious birthday cake which was made by Boonta Café.
All in all a fantastic experience, that we would love to repeat if finances allow.
A big thank you to Cocoa and Ms. Ja-Aey for making our stay at the villa a very special one.
