VILLA CENDRAWASIH

Villa Cendrawasih offers a breath of fresh air amidst the lush tropics with its crisp white architecture and modern interiors. With living areas and bedrooms built over two floors and overlooking large private lawns, the villa offers an amazing sense of space in the heart of the action.

Living Room

The contemporary living area is furnished with teak sofas and chairs upholstered in a stylish grey and set around a square coffee table. An iPod dock and Bose speakers provide entertainment. The air-conditioned living area lies to the left of the foyer. Glass doors can be folded right back for a semi-outdoor living experience and instant access to the pool.

Dining Room

Villa Cendrawasih’s long dining table seats 10, while a sideboard is embellished with elaborate silver candlestick holders and a silver-framed mirror. The villa includes a well equipped gourmet kitchen.

Media Room

The villa’s media room features an over-sized sofa, a 55-inch TV, Bose sound system and a movie box with 250 movies to choose from. This room can be converted into a fifth bedroom with an adjoining shower room.

Gym

The gym occupies its own glassed pavilion in the garden and is fitted with professional Life Fitness equipment, full-wall mirrors, weights, an exercise bike, tread mill, yoga mats, TV and a bathroom with a shower. The adjoining terrace is topped with a large cushioned daybed.

Garden & Pool

Villa Cendrawasih features an 18-metre swimming pool surrounded by generous lawns and white sun loungers. The pool includes a shallow wading section for the kids. The villa is crowned by a fabulous rooftop terrace.

Villa Cendrawasih has five bedrooms. Four bedrooms have king-sized beds – two of these can be converted into two single beds if needed. The fifth bedroom can be created by converting the TV room into a bedroom furnished with your choice of king-sized bed or two single beds. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and three rooms are housed upstairs.

Villa Cendrawasih is a five-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The ground floor includes the living and dining areas, gym, one bedroom and the TV room which can be converted into the fifth bedroom. There are three more bedrooms upstairs on the first floor. Villa Cendrawasih includes a private swimming pool measuring at 18 x 5 metres.

Villa Manager

Villa Cendrawasih’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

Villa Cendrawasih includes night time security between 11pm – 7am.
