Villa DKZ Living
Villa DKZ is the picture of modern Moroccan decadence. The villa itself is impressively large and the gardens that surround it even more so. With multiple living areas scattered throughout (including an elegant lounge with a fireplace, a chic pool house, and a swanky rooftop terrace), you will always find a setting that’ll suit your mood. The décor is a delicious mix of Moroccan design and modern whimsy – just check out the Moroccan take on Jim Morrison adorning the living room wall!
Living Room
Villa DKZ features multiple living areas, each with its own unique charm. The main living room is an open plan space with chesterfield chairs arranged by the fireside, with a dining area positioned close by. There is another elegant lounge area behind a partition wall.
Dining Room
With the dining area incorporated into the living room, you can keep the conversation going before, during, and after dinner. Glass doors separate the dining area from the villa’s kitchen. Naturally, you can also enjoy your meals alfresco, gathered around the dining table which looks over the pool and garden.
Garden & Pool
Villa DKZ has the most glorious gardens blooming with exotic flowers. A 15 x 5 metre pool glistens at the heart of the property, with a row of sun loungers inviting you to perfect that golden Marrakesh tan. The pool house is a fabulous place to enjoy each other to the fullest, with lounge furniture, outdoor dining tables, and a fun bar setup creating the perfect backdrop for some merrymaking.

Villa DKZ features six bedrooms. Each room is unique and features rich textiles and furnishings that help you feel rooted in your Moroccan surroundings. All rooms feature king-sized beds. All six rooms feature ensuite bathrooms.

Villa DKZ Staff
Your stay in Villa DKZ is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa DKZ’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Moroccan hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa DKZ’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa DKZ includes 24-hour security.

- A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking
- Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival
