VILLA EYLINE

Villa Eyline offers a sleek modern take on timeless Moroccan magic. This sprawling mansion is set on an immense, 3,400 m² estate with the grounds echoing the classic allure of Morocco’s famous gardens. The villa’s minimalist architecture feels very of the moment yet perfectly rooted in its surroundings. We love the vibrant, riad style tiles that are incorporated throughout. Besides its pleasing appearance, this villa was definitely made for entertaining – there are so many fun features here that it’s hard to pick a favourite.

Living Room

The living room is a calm and relaxing space styled with elegant hues of cream, beige and gold, with touches of black adding some drama. The space is lined with full wall windows gazing over the pool and garden. You can grab a seat on the cream hued sofa and simply enjoy the views, or head to the conversation pit to enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace. If you need some entertainment, there’s a TV for watching movies, a pool table for hosting a friendly tournament, and even a piano for full on singalongs.

Dining Room

That same elegant living room also houses the villa’s lavishly long dining table that can easily seat a group of 14 guests. The light timber dining table is lit up by beautiful, gilded lanterns that call to mind the Arabian nights. The dining area extends to a sleek black kitchen – coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine. When you’re craving a little change of scenery, why not enjoy your meals outside on the terrace where an even longer dining table is ready to accommodate up to 18 guests?

Garden

Villa Eyline’s outdoor areas invite guests to soak up the Moroccan sun in style, with misting systems and windbreakers adding comfort. The highlight is obviously the 20-metre-long swimming pool which is flanked by ample, beach club style day beds on both sides. Lush green vegetation adds to the allure of this alfresco setting, while a red camel sculpture adds some whimsy. The pool is bookended by a fabulous outdoor lounge that features a lavish seating area that can seat a full entourage, with an adjoining bar ready to get the good times rolling. Oh, and there’s also a Jacuzzi hidden on the upper floor terrace – enjoy!

Media Room

When it’s time to kick back with a good movie, head to the media room where the whole group can relax on a wraparound sofa and enjoy your favourite blockbusters playing on the huge TV.

Games Room

This is a great multipurpose room where you can either work up a sweat or challenge your friends to a friendly match. The room features a foosball table, gym equipment and of course, a flatscreen TV that’ll keep you entertained during your workout.

Spa

Indulge in in-villa spa treatments and sheer relaxation in the villa’s spa room. If a massage is not enough to relax you, the villa also has a sauna and a hammam. Bliss!

Villa Eyline features seven beautiful bedrooms. The rooms are spread over three floors, and they are decorated with touches of rich emerald green. One room features a king-sized bed, and five rooms feature a queen-sized bed each. The seventh bedroom features bunk beds and sleeps four, making it ideal for children and teens.

Villa Eyline is a seven-bedroom villa with enclosed living and dining areas, media room, games room/gym, hammam, sauna, and spa room. The villa spans 1,000 m2, while the grounds measure at 3,400 m2. The expansive gardens feature a 20 x 4 metre swimming pool.

Villa Manager

Villa Eyline’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

Villa Eyline It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa Eyline includes 24-hour security.

Villa Eyline is located in Marrakesh in Morocco. The villa is part of the exclusive Amelkis Golf community, and you can reach the golf greens in less than five minutes. This is a peaceful and secure setting away from the noise and commotion, but still within easy reach of the medina. The vibrant centre of Marrakesh can be reached in a 10-15-minute drive. Here you can explore souks, riads, and fabulous restaurants, and relax in beautiful Moroccan gardens.
