A profusion of tropical greenery greets the eye as you make your way up stone steps to the koi fish pond that complements the living pavilion at Villa Gembira. In the foreground, a large swimming pool with its tranquil blue waters contributes to the relaxing ambience of the place. Designed with convenience and privacy in mind, the living and dining areas are flanked on two sides by the bedrooms. The symmetry with nature even extends to the ensuite bathrooms, which are designed in a semi-outdoor style.

Living Room

Between frolicking on the beach and lazing around by the pool, whenever you wish to spend some more quality time with your friends and family then the spacious living area with its open plan layout is the place to head for. Generously proportioned with two sides open to add to the flowing design giving a profusion of light and breeze, you’ll feel close to nature even when you’re indoors. Sitting towards the front end of the living area is a massive comfortable L-shaped sofa overlooking the koi fish pond. An eclectic collection of ethnic themed paintings and statuettes of local gods lend a local touch to the look and feel of the villa. Curl up on the sofa with a book, watch television on the ample widescreen, or spend quality time with your loved ones, the living room is a relaxed setting where unforgettable memories are made.

Dining Room

A part of the living area is earmarked for dining and the intimate kitchen is equipped with all the necessities of local and continental cooking. Beside the kitchen is a glass-topped dining table that seats four to dine in style. The lovely layout of the dining section is conducive for candlelight dinners after a long, pleasurable day at the beach. In the daytime as well as the evenings, the poolside and the tropical garden are lovely options if you’re in the mood for dining under a blue or starlit sky.

Garden & Pool

The inviting waters of the pool and the smart poolside with its assortment of reclining chairs and a Balinese umbrella doubtless mean you will spend the majority of your time relaxing here! The straw hut bale by the poolside is a creative touch that further strengthens the Balinese feel that radiates all around the villa. Spend time by the pool as you munch on local delicacies and sip exotic fruit juices.

When you’ve had your fill of fun in the water, get out of the pool and loll around by the poolside to take in the glorious sunshine! The straw bale with comfy cushions and pillows is a great place to relax outside to still be part of the action but in the cooling shade.

Villa Gembira Batubelig has two bedrooms, both furnished with a king-sized bed – one of these can be set up as two single beds if needed.

Villa Gembira Batubelig’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
