Welcome to paradise! Villa Hoi is a spectacular Balinese villa that makes the most of the island’s endless summer. The villa centres around a T-shaped swimming pool that’s hugged by manicured lawns, pretty stepping stones and a dainty frangipani tree or two. The living areas are housed in a beautiful open plan pavilion that’s modelled after a traditional Javanese joglo structure. Both the living areas and the bedrooms are styled in relaxed island style that’s bound to leave you feeling inspired. Luckily, the villa is also just moments away from the best shopping and dining on the island – Seminyak’s famous Eat Street is just a moment’s stroll away. Turns out, this chic neighbourhood is as great for picking up chic interiors as it is for fine dining! If you’re visiting Bali with a big group, Villa Hoi is neighboured by House of Bagera and Villa Namu. The three villas can be booked together to create a fabulous 15-bedroom estate.

Villa Hoi feels like a lush Balinese haven hidden amid the cosmopolitan buzz of Seminyak. In true Balinese style, rooms are divided into beautiful standalone pavilions dotted across the garden and the living areas benefit from a breezy open plan layout. The interiors have been inspired by the laidback lifestyle of the island and the rooms feature beautiful touches of natural timber, romantic rattan and bohemian textiles. The whole villa centres around an undeniable showpiece: a glistening 14-metre-long swimming pool!

Living Room

Life at the villa revolves around a gorgeous joglo pavilion that bookends the swimming pool. This open plan structure takes ques from traditional Indonesian architecture and offers an inviting setting for the whole group to gather in. At the centre of the pavilion is a beautiful seating area that features two sofas with an artful arrangement of tables positioned between them. Eclectic pillows and lush green plants add a tropical touch to the space.

Dining Room

The joglo pavilion is undeniably the social hub of the villa. The dining table is positioned within easy reach of the lounge area, allowing conversation to flow effortlessly between the different spaces. The dining table is crafted from timber and it’s surrounded by woven chairs and a long bench, offering enough space for the whole group to get together for relaxed meals. For added convenience, the kitchen is also incorporated to this open plan pavilion. It features a generous kitchen island and all the necessary cutlery and appliances, including a gas stove, rice cooker, wine glasses and more.

Garden

Talk about living the dream: it only takes a few easy steps to reach the pool from your bedroom! Early morning swims and midnight dips are a breeze at Villa Hoi as this multi pavilion villa is built around a sumptuous 14-metre-long pool. The open plan living areas and five bedrooms all face the pool, so you can easily keep your sights on the pool no matter where you are in the villa. Besides its impressive length and enviable position, the pool also features a generous shallow section – perfect for the kids to splash and play or for the grownups to relax with a cold drink in hand. The pool is bookended by a gazebo that’s ideal for a lazy nap or perhaps a spot of early morning yoga.

Villa Hoi features five bedrooms. The bedrooms are divided into three pavilions, and they echo the bohemian décor of the villa – think fresh white walls, rich timber touches and bohemian textiles, with large windows looking out to the lush gardens. Three rooms are furnished with a king-sized bed and two rooms feature twin beds. The bedrooms are adjoined by an ensuite bathroom each.

Villa Hoi is a five-bedroom villa that’s divided into three standalone pavilions. The main building houses the living and dining areas which are flanked by a bedroom on either side. The second building has two floors with one bedroom housed on each floor. The third building is a standalone bedroom pavilion. The buildings are arranged around a 14-metre-long swimming pool. Villa Hoi is part of the Bagera Hoi Namu estate together with sister villas House of Bagera and Villa Namu. The three villas can be booked together to create a 15-bedroom estate. The villas are connected through discreet garden gates which can be opened when the three villas are booked together.

Villa Manager

Villa Hoi’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Villa Hoi is located in Seminyak, Bali. The villa is nestled in a private cul-de-sac, a mere skip from Jalan Kayu Aya, aka Seminyak’s famous Eat Street. This winding strip is lined with some of the best restaurants and trendiest cafes on the island. No matter what cuisine you’re craving, you will find it here! When you want to hit the beach, the iconic Ku De Ta beach club, trendy Mano Beach House and beloved La Lucciola restaurant are about one kilometre from the villa. You can simply walk on over (don’t forget the sunscreen!) or hop in an air-conditioned taxi if you prefer.
