Villa Issi is a contemporary villa set on 1,500 square metres of land and is surrounded by a serene garden. Set in a very quiet area of Seminyak, this is a true hidden gem. It’s a four bedroom villa that can accommodate eight people and it features a two storey building, two bedrooms off to one side, a gym and a magnificent 25-metre pool.

Villa Issi Living
Villa Issi has a very stylish living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which can be opened to create an open plan living space linking indoors with outdoors.
Living Room
Kick back and relax on the sofas and ottomans in Villa Issi’s stylish lounge. A fabulous zebra skin rug, bright cushions and quirky artworks decorate this comfortable, light and airy room which features a 55-inch satellite television, DVD player, iPod dock, and a Bose sound system that is wired to work throughout the building and can be controlled from each room.
Dining Room
A sliding door separating the lounge from the dining area can be opened up to make one large open plan living space. The dining area has a blonde wood table with seating for ten and overlooks the state-of-the-art, stainless steel kitchen.
Garden
Bali’s climate lends itself to outdoor living and there are plenty of spaces to enjoy the tropical lifestyle at Villa Issi. For relaxed dining look no further than the barbecue area in the garden with seating for eight and a top-of-the-range gas-fired barbecue. The ‘bridge’ deck above the pool is the perfect space to relax on a beanbag and read a magazine but when the sun goes down, this is a spectacular spot to enjoy a cocktail with friends.
Gym
A separate building in Villa Issi’s garden houses the gym, equipped with treadmill, exercise bike and fitball, plus a 32-inch television and iPod dock. The gym has its own bathroom with shower.
Spa
Feel like a body scrub or massage? Just ask our staff to bring the spa to you! Villa Issi can recommend deluxe treatments carried out in the privacy of your own villa by fully trained therapists from a reputable local spa (extra charges will apply).

Stepping through the gate and into Villa Issi’s serene garden, interest is immediately drawn to the striking white steel and wood screen that wraps the villa’s two upper-floor bedrooms and the timber ‘bridge’ that extends out over the pool. The ground floor of the villa comprises the chic contemporary lounge, dining room and kitchen, while outside, the barbecue dining area overlooks the 25-metre swimming pool, and a two-bedroom guest pavilion and stand-alone gym rest among the tropical plants and ancient frangipani trees.
Villa Issi Staff
Your stay in Villa Issi is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Issi’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Issi’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.
Security
Villa Issi includes night time security between 11pm – 7am.

Villa Issi is tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Seminyak. The villa is close to The Oberoi and is ideally situated for anyone wishing to sample Seminyak’s world-class dining, happening bars and fabulous clothing, homeware and jewellery boutiques.
The famous beachfront dining venue, Ku De Ta, is a 8 minute walk down the road and the beautiful seaside restaurant of La Lucciola only a short stroll away, as is Seminyak Beach and the sacred Petitenget Temple.

As you walk in you feel a sense of calm and luxury. The 25 m pool is stunning and is perfect for a dip to cool off, or do laps if you feel more energetic.
The rooms are very spacious each with its own beautiful and large bathroom, take a soak in the privacy of your large stone bath, and star gaze or chill. The main house, complete with oversized living and dining with kitchen.
Villa IssI is located on a no through street, so there is no passing traffic or bikes making it so quiet and peaceful, while only a few minutes to all that Seminyak has to offer with great restaurants, coffee and shopping.
The team lead by Ketut are so hospitable and take care such good care of you during your stay. The Villa is such an architectural design, will have you taking so many photos to remind you to book your next stay before you sadly have to leave.

The villa is beautiful and we really appreciated the installations of the reel fence, which kept the baby safe. The room were cleaned daily to a very high standard, the grounds and pool area beautifully maintain and are a credit to your team.

Our family of 7 adults and a 2-year old from Singapore enjoyed our 4-night stay at Villa Issi very much in Nov 2022. It wasn’t just the lovely villa – it was the overall experience with the wonderful villa staff headed by Dewa. They were very helpful and nothing was too difficult for them, including helping me fix up the karaoke set that I brought along! The villa was extremely spacious and the entire place was kept very clean – we could not feel any dust on our feet. I particularly loved the 25m lap pool which was the first place I hit when I got up every morning. The breakfast provided was nothing much to crow about but it was decent and the villa staff was very accommodating when we asked for breakfast cereal for the toddler. On the final night, we had an in-house BBQ by engaging their chef. He did an excellent job, even making the satay and sauces, and grilling the perfect steaks.
The location was great, being close to many eateries like Ku-De-Ta which was walking distance. But when night fell, the access roads were dark with no street lamps. But we had our rented vehicle with driver everyday so that was not a concern for us.

Wonderful service from staff.
Quality of food is acceptable, but not exceptional. Breakfast was below average. Dinner was slightly above average .
Villa was luxurious, but there is huge gap in the Master bedroom not covered by curtains, and one of the blinds is not working, resulting in the room being very bright at sunrise which is 6am, hardly the time to be awake while on vacation.
Will be better if there are board games available in the villa.

We stayed at Villa Issi to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary in October. We absolutely loved this villa. The staff were so friendly, and gave us the space we needed to relax and enjoy the stunning surrounds. We felt like absolute celebrities staying here. The villa was really quiet. My parents didn’t venture out of the villa too much, but really we didn’t need to with the staff going shopping for us and plenty of beautiful menu items to order.
Would definitely recommend this villa!
The staff were great when some of us were unwell, and brought us ginger tea and fussed over us. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed at Villa Issi as a family to celebrate my Father’s 70th birthday. It was a superb stay. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help make sure my Dad had a wonderful celebration. As we were all wanting to do different things in the day and the Villa’s location worked really well. A short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beach clubs, a big pool with sunny and shady spots – perfect for us all. The villa was clean and really well maintained, we all had our own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other which was great.
One of the things that really set this villa apart for me were the staff. They were just wonderful, the food was amazing, the staff friendly and helpful. When we left something in the villa we were called to let us know so we could arrange a pick up of the item. We were also getting married the weekend after we left the villa and the villa manager sent us a really lovely message from him and the staff on our big day to wish us all the best. It really meant something to have such thoughtful service. Would recommend unreservedly.

“FABULOUS GEM”
Villa Issi was an absolute fab find in Seminyak. We couldn’t of had a better time. From the moment we were picked up by the driver to after we left we were treated like absolute kings and queens. It was absolute heaven and so surreal. The staff – Wijan, Mertha and Kutut couldn’t of looked after us anymore, nothing was a problem, so welcoming and friendly and the villa itself OMG STUNNING.
The photos do not do it justice. The food was amazing, we had a beautiful banquet the first night of our stay and it couldn’t have been better. Great place for relaxing with a group of friends or family. I would like to thank the staff at Villa Issi making the beginning of our holiday a good time. We will be back and cant wait.
