Living Room

The villa’s fabulous sunken living room could easily grace the pages of a glossy interior magazine. This sunken seating area is equally chic and cosy, with green foliage beautifully framing the area. And the aesthetics aren’t even the best part! This lounge area doubles as your own private cinema, with a projector screen and sound system making all your movie night dreams come true. You can enjoy your movie marathons in air-conditioned comfort or open the bifold doors to enjoy a connection to the tropics waiting outside.

Dining Room

A few steps up from that amazing lounge is the villa’s dining area which is almost as photogenic. The dining table has a unique oval shape and can easily seat all 12 guests staying at this beautiful villa. The dining area is lit up by three unmistakably Balinese rattan lamps. The adjoining kitchen features three similar lamps suspended over a breakfast bar that’s flanked by modern rattan stools. The kitchen itself is sleek and modern and offers all the essentials for preparing meals and poolside snacks, including a coffee machine, wine glasses, blender, rice cooker and more.

Garden & Pool

Villa Kabaya strikes an appealing balance between minimalist chic and lush Balinese beauty. The villa’s sleek 13-metre-long pool is surrounded by deck to match, with blooming frangipani trees, lush palms and a serene Balinese shrine adding an irresistible touch of Bali. Catch some rays on the subdued sunbeds or cool off in the shallow parts of the pool – the choice is all yours.

Villa Kabaya features six bedrooms. These are beautifully appointed suites that mix resort ready aesthetics with beautiful Balinese touches – each room features a unique black and white photo depicting life on the island. The rooms are quite equal in their size and furnishings, so no one has to settle for a lesser room. There are two rooms on the ground floor and four rooms are housed upstairs. All rooms feature king-sized beds, and they are adjoined by an ensuite bathroom each.

Villa Kabaya is a six-bedroom villa that’s built in an L-shape around a 13 x 4 metre swimming pool. The villa is built over two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and two bedrooms. The upper floor houses four more bedrooms.

Your stay in Villa Kabaya is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Kabaya’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Kabaya’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Villa Kabaya is located in Canggu, Bali. The villa is positioned in the surf district of Berawa, the most buzzing address on the island. The villa is tucked in a small lane just of Jalan Pantai Berawa. This long and winding street is lined with cool restaurants and trendy cafes – you’ll really be spoiled for choice! Tamora Gallery, a shopping complex with restaurants, shops and a kids’ play area, is within a five-minute walk. Berawa Beach is about 10 minutes away on foot. Besides offering great surf breaks and stunning sunsets, the beach is also home to the biggest beach clubs on the whole island: Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Fest.
