Villa Kai Lani Living
Villa Kai Lani lets you enjoy elegant interiors and Lombok’s spectacular scenery in equal measures. The villa occupies a lush tropical elevation, with the all-white structure cascading down the hillside. The rooms are light and airy and crucially, lined with full wall windows, so you’re constantly surrounded by superb views of that crescent bay waiting down below. The outdoor dining area is arguably the most impressive space in the villa – you’d be hard to find views of this calibre in any clifftop restaurant.
Living Room
The living room is designed to bring everyone together. It has a huge sofa with ample cushions to keep things cosy, with plush armchairs offering even more seats. The kitchen is positioned to the back of the room so you can grab snacks and drinks whenever the mood strikes you. The lounge area blends with the poolside terrace waiting right outside. Here, you’ll find more plush chairs offering front row seats to those jaw-dropping views.
Dining Room
There are two fabulous dining areas to choose from with the first option positioned in the living room. Seating all 10 guests with ease, the dining table is a fluid extension of the kitchen island – a setup which makes both meal prep and top ups a breeze. The real showstopper, however, is the outdoor dining area. Essentially occupying its own wing, this open-air space is surrounded by ocean panoramas – it really is hard to imagine a more spectacular setting. This dining table also seats 10, with nearby lounges offering the perfect setup for a round of digestifs.
Gym
Is this the most scenic gym in Lombok? Graced by the villa’s signature sea views, the gym offers weight equipment and enough room for practicing yoga.
Garden & Pool
Villa Kai Lani blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living: one minute you’re relaxing inside in that gorgeous lounge and the next you’re soaking up the sun on one of the loungers lining the pool. The pool in question is strategically positioned to make the most of those incredible views with rolling green hills and dreamy palm trees framing vistas of the Indian Ocean. From these great heights, the views really could not be more impressive – and the fact that they’re all yours only adds to the spectacle.
Villa Kai Lani Bedrooms
Villa Kai Lani features four bedrooms. The rooms are rendered in a modern, boho chic style where white walls are beautifully paired with natural timber and rattan. Three rooms feature king-sized beds, and one room comes with a set of bunks. If you are travelling with a helper, the villa also has an extra nanny’s room with bunk beds.

Villa Kai Lani Layout
Villa Kai Lani is a four-bedroom split level villa. The villa features large living and dining areas, infinity pool, and gym. Three bedrooms come with king-sized beds, and one room comes with bunk beds. All bedrooms are ensuites.

Your stay in Villa Kai Lani is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Kai Lani’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Lombok hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Kai Lani’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
Location
Villa Kai Lani is located on the beautiful island of Lombok in Indonesia. The hilltop locale means you’ll definitely need a car to reach the property – but the luxurious sense of privacy and sweeping views waiting at the top more than make up for it. Selong Belanak Beach is about four kilometres away. This gorgeous stretch is known for its powdery white sand and beginner friendly surf breaks. There are a few great restaurants on and near the beach, including Laut Biru and Klub Kembali.

South Lombok is an amazing place . Not crowded with beautiful landscapes and beaches . Many beaches we went to were almost devoid of people . That’s very hard to find these days . Was not expecting this level of luxury in such a peaceful & secluded setting, but Villa Kai Lani knocks it out of the park. Beautiful design. The finishings are gorgeous and the tech made connecting to entertainment so easy (strong WiFi). Combine that with the room layout spread out enough for everyone to have their own space= perfect family holiday.
Oh and the views…let’s take a moment for the views! Photos don’t do it justice but I tried. Stunning place, lovely staff.

I had the pleasure of spending a week at Villa Kai Lani recently. The moment I arrived I knew a week wasn’t long enough. The Villa is gorgeous! It’s got everything you need for a totally relaxing holiday. The staff was very attentive and helpful and we were well looked after. The wifi was fast and I had no problem working remotely. The view is unbeatable and the house is set up to enjoy it from nearly every space in the house. The hosts were also incredibly helpful. Before I arrived all my questions were answered, they helped me to arrange for a car hire and provided me with a list of the best places to dine out or order in. I was even given the name of a great surf instructor and where to go for sunset cocktails. I’m hoping to make Villa Kai Lani an annual holiday destination!
