With its sprawling stature and opulent decor, Villa Kajano really feels like that decadent French mansion we’ve all dreamt about escaping to with our entourage in tow. Besides its Provençal theme, the villa also incorporates sustainable design and eco-friendly features to safeguard Bali’s natural beauty for generations to come.

Living Room

The living room is light, elegant and rustic, all at the same time. Both the walls and the ceiling are rendered in pure white, with crisscross ceiling beams adding the feel of a historic farm house. The tiled floors feel deliciously cool under your bear feet and the French doors ensure you’re never too far from the pool. Guests can relax on cream coloured sofas and armchairs while swapping stories with friends lingering around the dining table or those preoccupied in the kitchen. Follow the beautiful curves of the spiral staircase upstairs to discover a second lounge room. Framed by picture perfect ocean views, this space features a curved sofa that cleverly mimics the shape of that showstopping staircase. A flatscreen TV is thoughtfully hidden inside a wooden cabinet.

Dining Room

True to the villa’s Gallic aesthetics, the dining area would not look amiss in a romantic French farmhouse. This elegantly rustic space is dominated by a round, aged wood dining table surrounded by stylishly mismatched chairs and lit up by a custom chandelier. The spiral staircase and stone walls provide a beautiful backdrop. The kitchen with its island crafted from recycled wood and cabinets painted a deep shade of olive green is incorporated to the same fluid space.

Garden

The villa is set on a beautiful coastal plot, surrounded by lush green vegetation and the endless expanse of the Indian Ocean. But despite its beachside setting, the villa’s gardens feel like a remote oasis hidden in the jungle. The swimming pool with is beautifully curved design resembles a private lagoon and the generous shallow section ensures guests of all ages can enjoy the pool to the fullest. The pool is surrounded by lush green lawns and picturesque palm trees. Guests can stretch out on the sunbeds dotted on the lawn or seek a spot in the shade. The terrace which fronts the villa is a beautiful and breezy place to relax, either sprawled out on the lazy daybed or gathered around the intimate dining table. Either way, you’re guaranteed sumptuous views looking over the pool and out to the ocean.

Villa Kajano features five bedrooms. The bedrooms are beautifully styled in the villa’s signature bohemian style – think romantic rattan pieces, whitewashed walls and beautifully draped textiles. The bedrooms are spread over two floors and they are each furnished with a king-sized bed and adjoined by a beautiful ensuite bathroom.

Villa Kajano is a five-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and three bedrooms. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to the upper floor which houses another lounge room that’s flanked by two bedrooms. The villa features private gardens and a large lagoon pool.

Your stay in Villa Kajano is made enjoyable by the professional staff. The staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Kajano’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Security

Villa Kajano includes night time security between 6pm – 7am.

Nestled right along the coastline, the villa is positioned at the prestigious Pantai Lima enclave in a community of exclusive villas. You can reach Babadan Beach in just a five-minute stroll. The Pererenan area is quickly taking off. In just a five minute drive from the villa, you can reach the main strip of Jalan Pantai Pererenan. This long and winding street offers an ever growing array of restaurants and cafes offering French, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese and Mexican cuisine – and the list goes on. If you prefer a more lowkey setting, stay immersed in the peaceful privacy of the villa or venture up the coast to laidback Seseh or all the way to the seaside temple of Tanah Lot. You can reach this iconic landmark in about 30 minutes from the villa.
