There is a room to accommodate a star-gazing aficionado with a telescope set up right in the middle of one of the areas, casual dining tables with a choice of sitting options to suit every mood, outdoor chill out area that forms a wide terrace running the length of the property on the ocean hugging side, and a Moorish-inspired hallway that also doubles up as a quiet reading and nap corner at the garden level.

The private club and entertainment centre, which is another core noteworthy feature of this property also serves as an additional standalone living and reflection corner ideal for catching a movie, sharing a game of cards or even throwing any event you could desire. Dining Room

There is a selection of dining areas available throughout Villa Katrani with the main formal dining room set within the core living quarters. It is equipped for 14 lucky guests and conveniently opens up onto the outdoor terrace. Additionally, there is a further outlying dining space set up that is a relaxingly alfresco area and allows you to enjoy dinner in the great Thai outdoors.

With two plentiful kitchens, one of which has been designed exclusively for guest use and the second larger premises offering the breadth and equipment levels that most restaurants would be envious of, Villa Katrani’s guests are certain never to go hungry during their stay. On the contrary, this could be as much of a culinary experience as well as being a tropical one.

Garden & Pool

The grounds open up over the sparkling white sand of the picturesque beach below and extend over the vicinity of outlying islands. Meanwhile, the 15-metre-long pool is surrounded by the bright orange sunbeds with matching umbrellas that set the tone for sunset drinks and an evening BBQ freshly prepared in the pit right in front of you.

Villa Katrani has six full-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and five guest bedrooms have a queen-sized bed each. The villa has one extra bedroom furnished with a single bunk bed sleeping one child.

Your stay in Villa Katrani is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Katrani’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Katrani’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Chef

The villa’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Villa Katrani provides 24 hours security.

Villa Katrani is located in the peaceful area of Taling Ngam in the southwest corner of Koh Samui, Thailand. The villa is built on a scenic hilltop with stunning views overlooking Angthong Marine National Park. Taling Ngam is a serene area avoid of mass development but if you do feel like some fine dining, luxury resorts like the Conrad are within a 20-minute drive from the villa. The lively areas of Lamai and Chaweng are about 30-40 minutes away.
