One Bedroom Villa
The living room is completed with ceiling fan, with comfortable sofa, and 42” LCD television with DVD/VCD/CD Player; it is perfect to receive guests. There’s a phone table in corner of the living room for your convinience.
The bedroom located on second floor is spacious with king size bed or twin beds, individually controlled AC, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, walk-in wardrobe, vanity mirror and double wash basins, chair and 42” LCD television with DVD/VCD/CD Player.
Some of the villas also featuring the rooftop patio and a gazebo completed with two massage beds for spa and enjoying afternoon tea while watching the brilliant color as the sun setting down.
Maximum occupation in the room would be 2 + 1 adults (with 1 extra bed) or 2 Adults + 1 child + 1 infant (with 1 extra bed).
Two Bedroom Villa
The living room is completed with ceiling fan, with comfortable sofa, and 42” LCD television with DVD/VCD/CD Player; it is perfect to receive guests. There’s a writing table in corner of the living room completed with telephone and a chair.

Villa Kayu Raja is located on the board of Petitenget and Seminyak. The villa is a 3 minute drive from Potato Head and popular Seminyak and Petitenget restaurants. Seminyak features luxury resorts and fashionable boutiques, cool bars and restaurants. It’s a perfect place for leisure and hanging out with friends especially under the breathtaking sunset over the Indian Ocean.
The Kayu Raga is located only 30 minutes away from the Ngurah Rai international airport. It is 10 minutes away from the center of Kuta Beach and Legian.

“Nice Villa”
The staff at the Villa were fantastic nothing a problem for them. Breakfast very nice as we love to try all different food . We received 2 complementary half hour massages the massage lady came to your bedroom and set up we loved it total bliss.Living room open plan looking onto pool very hot the ceiling fan not enough for Bail heat, Pool very cold with little sun but was nice to pop in when hot.
The bedroom is huge wardrobe is too short so can’t hang dresses. No toilet downstairs so you had to go up to the bathroom in the bedroom every time you wanted to use the toilet. The bathrooms were good and had decent amenities with a nice jacuzzi and rain shower to enjoy, a nice glass wall so you can see into the bedroom and watch tv it u wanted Nice toiletries supplied and re stocked every day. Internet when it worked, it was slow and had a lot of delay and the connection frequently timed out when visiting websites. Had problems with tv after a storm Maintenance there very quick to fix. Over all not the best Villa we have stayed but good value for money. Advice to Villa Management maybe put a toaster, pots and fry pan in the kitchen there is a 2 burner gas stove and nothing to cook with.
