Living Room
The living area directly facing the pool has a well-appointed lounger than can comfortably seat upto 8 guests.
Dining Room
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals along with an outdoor BBQ station and a mineral water dispenser. The 8-seater dining table can accommodate the entire family to enjoy fun times as you relish each meal at the villa.
Media Room
There is media room which is equipped with 42 inch flat screen TV, 60 channel cable TV, DVD player, ipod docking station, wi-fi connection, landline for local calls.
Garden & Pool
Villa Kodok has a lovely swimming pool and comes with an Australian standard glass pool fence making it extremely safe for families with kids. The pool deck is surrounded by tropical plants with an over-sized bale on one side. The bale is an ideal spot for alfresco dining or simply enjoying some tropical cocktails by the alluring scenery.
Villa Kodok Bedrooms
Villa Kodok offer three bedroom accommodation, with each bedroom facing the pool area. All bedrooms are appointed with the highest level of comfort.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is complete with a four poster bed along with super comfortable king coil mattress. It has an impressively large wardrobe with a built in safe. The en-suite bathrooms feature twin basins and a rain shower. The master bedroom, connects to the TV room/Study where accompanying children can be comfortably accommodated.
Guest Bedrooms
The two guest bedrooms have queen size beds, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with vanity and a shower. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned. Villa Kodok has its own TV room which can also be used as a study. It has a 42” flat screen TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station.

Villa Manager
Villa Kodok’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Chauffeur
A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! A car and driver can be a great way to explore you holiday destination. Villa rates include complimentary 8 hours/day seven-seater Toyota Innova car and driver is on stand-by for up to eight hours of complimentary guest use (excluding petrol).
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Villa Kodok is situated in the heart of Legian beside a pristine river. The famous Jalan Legian is only a 5 minutes walk from the villa whereas the Double Six Beach, shopping areas, restaurants and night clubs are just 15 minutes’ away from the villa.

“Wonderful, relaxing family holiday”
Our stay at Villa Kodok was one of the best holiday’s we’ve had. My husband and I travelled with our 3 children (7,4 and 10 months) and to be honest, we weren’t really sure how much ‘relaxing’ we would be able to do. Thanks to the wonderful live-in staff, we were able to come and go as we wanted, our meals were sensational (even the 10 month old was fully catered for!), the villa was spotless and the grounds/gardens were beautiful.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Kodok to anyone wanting a easy, relaxing holiday. We cant wait to go again!

“Our stay at Villa Kodok was amazing! Totally relaxing and so easy with a yound child.”
We stayed at Villa Kodok with 3 couples, two of the couples had young children and Villa Kodok was the most perfect place for us. The live in staff were amazing and made our stay so welcoming and everything was done and just so easy which really helped us relax. The Villa has pool fences, there is an extensive toy box, car seats in the car and the pool has a shallow section, all of which made it a great place for young children without having to worry about them escaping into the swimming pool. We could put our little girl down for a nap and still enjoy our time by the pool. At a normal hotel you would have to pack everything up and sit in the room waiting for them to finish sleeping :-(
The whole villa is designed so well and you get to make the most of the indoor / outdoor living and the stunning weather. The food that was prepared for us at the Villa was so good that we didn’t end up eating out too much; why would we we were so spoilt for choice! I recommend the BBQ ribs and steamed fish with local flavours by Wayan. Dewa, the villa driver also knows great local spots for shopping too. Utilising the Villa’s relationship with Glo Day Spa we got a massage therapist over while the little ones were asleep or playing – talk about 5 star treatment! I felt so glamorous. Fantastic and a perfect place for a group of 3 couples without or without young children. I highly recommend it!

“The perfect accommodation for travel with babies and toddlers”
Traveled to Bali in April 2013 with 6 adults, an 18 month old and a 10 week old and couldn’t have been happier with Villa Kodok. We were collected from the airport in two vans and taken back to the villa where we were greeted with a delicious glass of spiced iced tea. This was a sign of great things to come. The rooms are perfectly set up around the fenced swimming pool and there were two cots with mosquito nets waiting for us.
The staff were very happy to cook three meals a day for us and the food was delicious. There is a high chair available and separate meals/meal times for children if required. The swimming pool is perfectly designed for both adults and children with large shallow end roped off. There is a driver available and car seats for kids (we took our own capsule for our 10 week old son) and the staff are happy to baby sit. A great place to relax with small children or holiday with friends. We are already talking about our next trip and will be staying at Villa Kodok again.

A beautiful Villa, well maintained and in a good central area. The full time staff are amazing. The take care of you extremely well, cook your meals, drive you places, take your clothes to laundry etc. Value for money for sure, easy to deal with and well worth staying here. If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, I do recommend Kodok. I will be back for sure.

My family stayed at Villa Kodok in December 2012 and loved every minute. Travelling with 4 year old twins and an 8 month old was a breeze thanks to Wayan and her family who made us feel so special and right at home. Villa Kodok is a stunning setting, with the most amazing food and amenities. The owner, Georgia, ensured everything ran so smoothly for us. We knew as soon as we walked out of airport immigration to the smiling face of our Driver Dewa, that we were going to have a wonderful trip and we were right. Thank you so much, we can’t wait for our next trip!

“Totally Amazing Family holiday”
I must firslty say a big thanks to the staff at the Kodok Villa you made a regular holiday PERFECT. 3 spacious rooms allowed even more privacy when u just wanted to chill out, the pool was perfect and the drinks just flowed. I have travelled the world and usually stay at the high profile resorts but decided on this occassion to try something different with our grown up children who as most kids have a disconnect with family due to internet, facebook etc, well this Villa changed all that it allowed us to reconnect as a family and just talk to each other and enjoy quality time together, my wife just addored the relaxed atmosphere and the service and quality food was excellent (wayan should open a restaurant).
Anytime Breakfast was inclusive whatever you want was available. The Villa was inclusive of car / Driver airport pick up and drop off (Dewar) was kind courteous and nothing was ever a problem day or night, he showed us all aspects of Bali, our children thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed hospitality and the nightlife allowed us to be teenagers again as well. I have NO hesitation in recommending this wonderful Villa as it is spacious relaxing and allows you to do what you want when you want without lifting a finger. Do yourself a favour try it you wont be dissapointed. Perfect for family or friends.

“The best family holiday in years!”
My family and I and a friend with her family stayed at Villa Kodok during the July school holidays. It was the most relaxing stress free holiday that we have had in years. The staff at Villa Kodok are fantastic. They speak fluent English, look after all your needs and cook the best meals on the island. As we had five young children with us, Wayang would cook a child friendly meal for them. We could put them to bed and sit down to an adult meal in peace and quiet!! The villa is also located in an area alive with shops. However when you are within the walls of the villa it is total peace and tranquility. The staff at Villa Kodok keep the villa spotless and will help with all your requests. Have a great stay!
