The villa can be rented with Villa Melissa, Villa Ambra, Villa Sound of the Sea and Villa Waringin. Four of the villas are right on the water’s edge, while the fifth is set back against the rice fields with the river at its side and a short boardwalk to the beach.

Living Room

The open-air living room has ample space for casually relaxing with your favourite book or socialising with friends and family. The thatched high roof with bi-fold covers invites plenty of fresh breeze and natural light to enter into the main pavilion, keeping it cool throughout the day. The living area is furnished with cosy sofas, chairs, coffee tables and loungers, including a circular table for four.

Dining Room

The grand dining area houses a 16-seater dining table with bi-fold glass doors that can be opened to have a real Balinese dining experience. The bi-fold doors can be shut making it a fully air-conditioned comfort zone. Your private chef will be happy to exude its talent preparing world-class cuisines on your holiday. A professional kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast bar are positioned to one side of the dining room.

Media Room

The finest highlight of Villa Mary is its high definition home cinema with a 5m projection screen and reclining leather arm chairs that can accommodate up to 20 guests. This ambience is sure to take your movie experience to the next level.

Garden & Pool

Coming to the amazing outdoor features, you’ll be spoilt for choices for where to begin! Villa Mary has two swimming pools – a 20 metre infinity pool with a 10sqm child pool at one end of the big pool. The pool sits at the bottom of tropical gardens surrounded by tall coconut trees and overlooking the sea and a small river inlet. The pool deck has oversized sun loungers and day beds, including an outdoor dining area and a jacuzzi. Tennis court and gym, shared with the other four villas on the estate, which may be used free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

Villa Mary has five bedrooms, four with a king-sized bed and one room with two single beds. There are three rooms in the main building and two rooms in standalone pavilions.

Villa Manager

Villa Mary’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Chauffeur

A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! A car and driver can be a great way to explore you holiday destination. Villa rates include complimentary 5-seater car with driver on stand-by for up to eight hours of complimentary guest use (excluding petrol).

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. There are highly-trained and unobtrusive security guards on duty round the clock.

Villa Mary is a modern style villa situated on the Pererenan Beach, the perfect location for watching the breath-taking sunsets. The spectacular ocean views and the luxurious pool make an excellent setting for weddings on the vibrant green lawn. With a temple and small village nearby and the beautiful surroundings of rice fields, Villa Mary offers privacy with stunning grounds that are ideal for events and celebrations.

A kitchen will need to be set up as the villa kitchen cannot be used for the event. The front of the property is to be left clear for guest access; suppliers will need to park elsewhere. The villa power cannot be used. Therefore, a generator would be appropriate. Marquees are permitted with approval of the location by BaliOn. A theme, run sheet and event plan are required from event organisers, along with an event infrastructure list and proposed event layout/ site plan. Ministry of Villas can recommend expert event organisers, florists, decorators and caterers so you can focus on relaxing and celebrating with your guests. If you would like to host an event of 50 – 80 guests all 5 villas will need to be booked (Villa Mary, Villa Melissa, Villa Waringin, Villa Sound of the Sea and Villa Ambra).

Villa Mary is quietly perched on the famous sunset beach of Pererenan, 45 minutes away from the action packed district of Seminyak and 15 minutes away from the romantic Tanah Lot. Walking on the beach for a few minutes will take you to the famous surf breaks at Echo beach and Canggu beach. It takes about an hour to reach Villa Mary from the Denpasar Airport.
