Built over multiple floors in a unique Z-shape high among the treetops, the sleek and chic Villa Mayavee is the epitome of effortless modern design. The villa is perfectly positioned to offer sublime views of the Andaman Sea with extensively used full wall windows playing up the views and filling the minimal chic rooms with natural light.

Living Room

Villa Mayavee’s fluid design allows guests to enjoy multiple lounging and living areas throughout the property. The main lounge sits on the main floor, surrounded by glass walls adding an endless sense of space and light to this gallery like space. Mimicking the thought-out decor of a boutique hotel, the space is fitted with modern white lounges and sleek ottomans. At the other end of this huge space, a TV area offers seating for eight guests, with a 55-inch TV with a DVD player, satellite channels, Netflix and Bose sound system offering in-villa entertainment.

Dining Room

In keeping with the villa’s palatial stature, Villa Mayavee features two distinct dining rooms. The first is built into the upper floor lounge, incorporating a 10-seater dining table and a fully-fitted modern kitchen to the same fluid space lined with glass walls looking out to the surrounding mountains and out to the ocean. The white designer kitchen comes with an espresso machine for the coffee lovers. The second dining room sits downstairs on pool level, offering beautiful views of the ocean, especially during sunset. The room has an eight-seater dining table, with an adjoining terrace offering barbecue facilities and a dining area for six guests.

The upper level of the villa boasts a fully equipped gym – great for guests looking to keep up their fitness regime while on holiday.

Villa Mayavee is a four-bedroom villa that’s built in a unique Z-shape over four levels. The top floor houses one bedroom, the villa’s gym and the rooftop terrace. One floor below, you’ll find the living and dining areas, bar and three bedrooms. The lower floor is the entrance level which houses the staff quarters and Thai kitchen. Finally, the pool level houses a second dining room and generous poolside entertainment areas.

Villa Manager

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
