Villa Nora Living
Villa Nora sits in the tropical embrace of a landscaped garden, finished off with mesmerising views of the Indian Ocean. The design of the property fully embraces the eternal summer of Bali by blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces. The use of rich natural materials and carefully curated art elevates the relaxed ambiance of Villa Nora into luxurious new heights.
Living Room
The living room is beautifully positioned partially floating over the pool with bi-fold doors opening out to unhindered views overlooking the pool and ocean. A massive L-shaped sofa sits facing a generous flatscreen TV. The living room is presided over by a towering-high vaulted ceiling, adding a Balinese twist into the elegant space.
Dining Room
The dining table shares the same fluid space with the living area. The wooden dining table is surrounded by eight rattan chairs with glass doors opening out to magnificent poolside views. During sunset, you’ll be treated to front row seats to the best show on the island as you get to tuck into your meal with a side of epic sunset vistas.
Cinema Room
The villa’s private cinema room is flanked by a bespoke bar area.

Villa Nora’s glorious 28-metre swimming pool hugs the rugged clifftop seamlessly, opening out to breathtaking views of the ocean. After a refreshing dip in the pool, drape yourself on one of the weaved daybeds or grab yourself a place in the shade at the strategically positioned bale. Sitting on the edge of the property, the bale offers majestic views of the limitless ocean, offering the ultimate sense of freedom.

Villa Nora Staff
Your stay in Villa Nora is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Nora’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Nora’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay. Butler service is available between 7am – 10pm.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Chauffeur
A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! A car and driver can be a great way to explore you holiday destination. Villa rates include complimentary car and driver on stand-by for up to eight hours of complimentary guest use (excluding petrol).
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
Location
Villa Nora is located at the luxurious Ungasan Clifftop Resort in Uluwatu, Bali. The villa is surrounded by gorgeous white sandy beaches and some of the best surf breaks on the planet. Padang Padang Beach was made famous by the final scene of Eat Pray Love and can be reached in 20 minutes from the villa. Visiting the seaside temple of Uluwatu is a must and it only takes 20 minutes to drive out from the property. Villa Nora is located 40 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Paradise found !
This was my second stay within 12 months at the Ungasan Clifftop Resort. Having worked in the travel industry for the last 25 years, I’ve been fortunate to have stayed at some fabulous properties around the word.
This resort in particular holds a special place in my heart and it will be somewhere we always return to when we travel to Bali. It really is a little slice of heaven.
We stayed in the plunge pool suite with ocean view in Villa Nora and it was nothing short of perfect. The villa itself was well maintained and tastefully decorated. The view was simply stunning. The butlers are so accommodating and always eager to make sure you have the perfect stay. Big shoutout to Harry and Erwin. The breakfast and in villa dining was fantastic. A huge drawcard to the resort is Sundays Beach Club. The most beautiful stretch of crystal clear water and my favourite beach club in Bali. The food and beverage options at Sundays is fantastic. We had some of our most memorable meals here.. the swordfish, grilled prawns and lobster roll were stand-outs.
Staying at the property gives you VIP access to Sundays and the VIP sundeck area is lovely. Unlike other beach clubs in Bali, the music and vibe is very chill.. it really is paradise. The spa was equally fantastic and the packages are very reasonable. The massage, body scrub and facial was perfection. The Aperol spritz cart for happy hour was also a cute touch.
If your looking for a boutique property in one of the most beautiful spots in Uluwatu you cannot go past this resort. Thank you to Kylie and Brenden and all the staff at the resort for making our stay so memorable once again.

The Ungasan Resort: A Gem Among the World’s Finest
Hey fellow travelers,
I just have to share our amazing experience at The Ungasan Resort, specifically at Villa Nora. We’ve been lucky enough to travel the world and stay in some stunning places, but The Ungasan is something else. This trip was extra special as we were celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday, and it was the perfect setting for such a milestone.
When you check out the website, the views and villa layouts look incredible. But let me tell you, when you’re actually there and you look out over the ocean and hear the sound of waves in the distance, it’s truly something. We all felt the same each day we spent there… Absolute perfection.
The staff’s attention to detail is beyond. Imagine waking up, going for a quick swim and coming back to find your room already made up – and this is at 9 am! It’s the small things that make a huge difference. They somehow anticipate your needs without being intrusive. Heading out for lunch? The staff is ready with buggies to whisk you away to Sundays, where you’re greeted with big, warm smiles.
The food here is fantastic – every dish is a hit. We even asked for some in-villa cooking, and the villa manager shopped for ingredients, adding them transparently to our bill. When we hadn’t finished what we had bought or what was left, they even suggested recipes like beef rendang to ensure we didn’t waste any food. This level of care and sincerity is rare and makes you just want to come back again and again.
I noticed that some might talk about the resort’s seclusion, but we found it more of a blessing. The tranquillity here beats the busy streets of Seminyak any day. But getting to places like Jimbaran Bay for surfing lessons was a breeze, just a 20-30 minute drive. Or if you wanted to go to Savaya day club etc there are all close by. We did however spent most of our time between Sundays (sunset evenings with fire pits for the kids with smores) and rose for the adults.
Special thanks to Brendan (GM), Kylie (guest services manager), and Anik (villa manager). Their efforts made our stay incredibly special. We’re already dreaming of our next visit to The Ungasan – it’s not just a stay, it’s an experience etched in our hearts.

The ultimate Bali luxury getaway
My wife and I stayed for six nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday (Villa 210 in Nora Residences – plunge pool and Jamadara Villa). Our stay at Ungasan was simply awesome and met and then exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Everyone was so helpful and happy (which was infectious) from our butlers at both villas (Erwin, Dewa, Retno) to the reception staff, Sunday’s Beach Club staff, security, drivers and management. The butlers were always available but not intrusive which we liked. The GM personally met with us which was real surprise on our checkout. No request was too hard and we both felt very comfortable asking for assistance. The rooms were well maintained and spacious with good amenities.
We pretty much tried everything on offer during our stay at Ungasan.

Not a lot to do in the area as a bit remote but there is no reason to leave to have a very relaxing and pampered holiday.
