Villa Orca was designed to impress. Built on a vantage point high among the tropical trees, the villa offers sweeping panoramas overlooking Koh Samui and out to the clear blue ocean – you can even see neighbouring Koh Phangan and Koh Som beckoning in the horizon. If this temps you to engage in some island hopping, you’re in luck, as the Bangrak ferry service is mere moments away. But you’d be forgiven if you preferred to stay in for the duration of your stay.

Villa Orca Living
Villa Orca exudes modern tropical elegance, combining sleek, cutting edge interiors and minimalist architecture with lush tropical foliage and sweeping ocean vistas. Spanning some 400 square metres, the villa offers the ultimate tropical playground for a full entourage.
Living Room
The spectacular lounge room has a soaring high ceiling, with sliding glass doors opening to the panoramic poolside terrace. There is plenty of room to relax here, with a plush grey sofa and matching arm chairs surrounding a low slung coffee table. Modern pieces of art line the walls – though they have some stiff competition in the spectacular tropical views waiting just beyond. There is also a large flatscreen TV in this space, for those evenings when you prefer to stay in to Netflix and chill.
Dining Room
The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room, with a long elegant dining table able to accommodate up to 12 guests. To the back of the room is a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for preparing gourmet meals. Alternatively, guests can enjoy meals out on the patio, with views looking all the way out to the ocean.
Garden
The villa’s poolside terrace works as stunning alfresco living room, with plush blue lounge furniture offering the perfect spot for drinking in the views. The lounge area gives out to a 14-metre infinity pool. The pool includes an in-built Jacuzzi and is flanked by stunning modern sculptures. The epic tropical views reaching out to the neighbouring islands are the icing on the cake!

Villa Orca features five luxurious bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and features an ensuite bathrooms. The villa can sleep up to 12 guests and 2 infants. With extra beds, the occupancy goes up to 14 adults and 2 infants (extra charges apply).

Villa Orca Layout
Villa Orca is a five-bedroom villa with a total of 400 square metres of living space. The main house features an open-plan living/dining area on the main floor, along with one bedroom. Three more bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while one bedroom is located on a level below the pool terrace. The villa has a 14-metre long swimming pool with an in-built Jacuzzi.

Your stay in Villa Orca is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Orca’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Orca’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Villa Orca is situated in a luxurious enclave of villas in the northeast corner of Koh Samui island. This is a peaceful locale and thanks to the elevation, offers mesmerizing views of the island and out to the ocean, with Koh Phangan and Koh Som looming in the distance. The beautiful Choeng Mon Beach is only two minutes away by car, while the iconic Big Buddha is not much farther. It’s also only a short drive to reach the famous Fisherman’s Village and the Bangrak ferry service – who’s up for some island hopping?

The outdoor space was just as impressive, with a beautiful infinity pool that provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.
But the real highlight of our trip was the amazing excursions that we went on. We took a boat tour of the nearby islands, visited the beautiful temples and went snorkeling in the crystal clear waters. Best Place – Value for Money!
Yo! Just got back from an epic vacay at this villa and let me tell you, it was lit! The facilities were top-notch and the views were sick – seriously, you have to see it to believe it. The staff were all super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy, with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we could cook up some bomb meals together. And the outdoor space was the cherry on top – there was a sick infinity pool that was perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. But the real highlight of the trip was all the amazing excursions we went on. We took a boat tour of the nearby islands, visited some gorgeous temples, and went snorkeling in the clearest waters you’ve ever seen. Overall, our stay at this villa in Thailand was one for the books. We can’t wait to go back and do it all again!

It starts with the pleasant division inside the villa, which balances the privacy that everyone needs in those pampering guest rooms and the central guest space with its high ceilings, furniture, accessories, pictures and the wonderful monochromatic colors that conveys a restrained and relaxing richness.
The natural connection of the villa immersed in natural green and the view from every angle overlooking the sea below, puts right away in an harmonic sensation with nature. We visited several houses and nowhere in Koh Samui we have seen such a high standard – fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfy beds, salt water pool, several bedrooms and bathrooms with spacious closets and one even with a walk-in wardrobe – all sparkly clean without any sign of mold and ants.
Many cozy spots to rest – super huge couch in the living room and stylish sofas outside. On top of that, 5* hotel quality daily cleaning service. Beautiful experience for our family

It’s really lovely and upscale villa. Main living room is 8 meters high with enourmous mirror. It’s definitely not „Thai style” building, because everything is made from the best materials. There are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and big TV’s and the perfect view and one bedroom downstairs called jungle house. For my family internet was also very important and villa Orca has it all. The WiFi speed is about 500 mbps! Of course we cannot forget the pool with salt water. It’s perfect holiday house to live the life as you always wanted to. Btw daily cleaning is included in the price/ even long term.

With villas on Samui it’s always tricky. Many of them say ‘luxury’, but they rarely are. We were lucky to live in this house for almost a year and the build quality is very good. High quality materials, proper kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, hot water in the sink (not as obvious on Samui as you might think).
There is also a power surge protector so we never had any issues with burned appliances. Even in the peak of the rainy season we didn’t have any leaks or water issues. There is a proper hot water washing machine (most on Samui have only cold water).
There is a bit of a climb to the villa, but it’s short and straight, so not an issue for motorbikes or cars. Parking could be better, but can get used to it.
The saltwater pool overlooks the plai laem bay and Phangan, not a direct sunset view but still spectacular to wake up to.
The house is not in direct sunlight, which is a very important aspect in Thailand.
House manager and staff were always helpful and available.
