While Marrakesh is a riot of colours and patterns, Villa Pepe offers a calming contrast with its paired back interiors and beautifully curated furnishings. Though the overarching theme is one of modern minimalism, there are beautiful nods to Moroccan heritage too: take note of the artwork adorning the walls, the woven carpets beneath your feet, and the subtle signature touches added by local craftsmen.
Living Room
The living room is a muted and calming space – the perfect retreat from the midday sun and Marrakesh’s busy markets. The space features a large grey sofa and two butter yellow armchairs. Kick back, relax and enjoy your favourite movies playing on the large TV screen, or simply relish the warm glow of the fireplace.
Dining Room
The dining area is just as stylish as the living room. It features a beautifully curved dining table surrounded by eight elegant grey chairs. Surrealistic wicker pendant lights and an evocative painting add to the modern style of the space.
Garden & Pool
The manicured gardens perfectly match the villa’s sleek aesthetics. There are neat lawns to promenade on, a 15-metre-long pool to splash in, and a row of sun beds for perfecting your tan. Our favourite feature might just be the pétanque court – unless it’s the breezy alfresco dining area.

The parental suite is conveniently set aside from the main residence. Linked by a corridor, the suite provides an elevated sense of privacy without being excluded from the group.In addition, Villa Pepe boasts four beautiful ensuite bedrooms, placed next to the living open space for practical conviviality. To maintain the utmost simplicity, the entirety of the villa is ground level.

Your stay in Villa Pepe is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Pepe’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Moroccan hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Pepe’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa Pepe includes 24-hour security.
