Villa Rochalie is a cool and contemporary pair of chalets located in the sought-after ski town of Hakuba in Japan. Each chalet boasts five bedrooms spread over two floors with plenty of opportunity to lounge about and relax while drinking in the snow-covered scenery. Two downstairs bedrooms are flanked by private terraces and the upper-floor living areas are lined by a generous balcony.
The two chalets are located within easy reach of the shuttle bus route, providing easy access to the best Hakuba has to offer.

Villa Rochalie Living
The two chalets are fresh and contemporary in their design, with décor relying on classic monochrome tones with subtle pops of joyful red. The chalets are built over two floors with generous windows filling the rooms with natural light.
Living Room
The living room is located on the chalet’s upper floor, with full-wall windows filling the space with daylight. The room is flanked by a balcony looking over the surrounding forest. The living area itself is furnished with a plush leather sofa positioned before a large flatscreen TV with Apple TV and Netflix.
Dining Room
The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room with a white dining table surrounded by matching chairs. The dining area is flanked by a smart open-plan kitchen fitted with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery and a Nespresso coffee machine for the coffee lovers.
Villa Rochalie Bedrooms
Each Villa Rochalie chalet has five bedrooms. When booked together you have 10 rooms to sleep a large group. All bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. The four guest bedrooms are located downstairs and the master bedroom is located upstairs.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor. Like all the bedrooms, this one features twin beds that can be combined to create a king bed. The room is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Villa Rochalie Layout
Villa Rochalie is a pair of standalone chalets, each featuring with five bedrooms. The ground floor houses the four guest bedrooms and the laundry facilities. The upper floor houses the living and dining areas and the master bedroom.

Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Villa Rochalie Location
Villa Rochalie is located in the ski town of Hakuba in Japan. The chalets offer a convenient locale close to the ski shuttle stop as well as the restaurants and après-ski fun waiting in the popular Echoland area. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to the Happo One Snow Resort.

Villa Rochalie was our home away from home. We felt very comfortable and loved the quiet neighbourhood. All bedrooms have ensuites, which is a huge plus. The huge living area with massive TV (with Netflix included) was a hit with the group.

What a fantastic chalet in the heart of the town. We stayed in chalet 2# as there are two properties that are available. Both have 5 rooms so if you do have a bigger group you have more space and can sleep 20 guests in 10 rooms. Or just rent one 5 bedroom villa like we did. I’m always working and need to be online most days, the WIFI is fantastic and the dining table is super comfortable. The kitchen / dining room is fully equipped and they even had tea, sugar and coffee pods available on arrival. The living room and comes with a smart TV with Netflix so you can sit back on the leather couches. Super comfortable. The rooms are no frills and simple in design. We hired a hire so was easy to get around and highly recommend the properties for a comfy stay.
