The ski chalets of Villa Rusutsu offer just the kind of aesthetics you’d expect from an authentic Alpine lodge. With sturdy log architecture and warm and welcoming interiors, Villa Rusutsu’s chalets feel perfectly at home surrounded by the powder snow of northern Japan. The private chalets can sleep between two and four guests, making these cosy units ideal for a powder getaway with your nearest and dearest. Villa Rusutsu is located close to the slopes and right next to all the facilities waiting at the Rusutsu hotel complex.

Villa Rusutsu Living
Each chalet at Villa Rusutsu offers the authentic feel of an alpine cabin with timber interiors and well chosen furniture. The one and two bedroom chalets are ideal for smaller groups looking for a powder fix in Rusutsu.
Living Room
The chalets come with warm and welcoming living areas furnished with plush sofas and a flatscreen TV providing après-ski entertainment.
Dining Room
The living areas provide room for casual dining, with coffee and tea making facilities at the guests’ disposal.

The Premium Villa has two bedrooms with a total of four single beds.

Each of the four Loft Villa Deluxe has one bedroom. The bedroom is located on an upper loft level and houses one king bed or 2 single beds. The two Deluxe Villas are located side by side with a shared terrace between them.

Villa Rusutsu Layout
Villa Rusutsu is an estate of 10 private ski chalets: 4 x Loft Villa Deluxe, 4 x Family Loft Villa, 1 x Premium Villa and 1 x Deluxe Villa. The Loft Villa Deluxe can sleep up to 3 guests (with an extra bed), while the Deluxe, Premium and Family Loft Villas can sleep up to four guests.
Villa Rusutsu Staff
Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
The Villa Rusutsu estate is located in the Rusutsu ski area in northern Japan. The estate is located next to the Rusutsu hotel complex, giving guests direct access to restaurants, onsens and other entertainment. There are even more options available at Rusutsu Village which is about 10 minutes away by car. The ski lifts are about 20 minutes away if walking but just a quick three minutes by car.
