Villa Saanti Living
Villa Saanti’s Thai style pavilions are built around the villa’s two swimming pools which form a T-shape pointing towards the beach. The villa’s décor is a sophisticated mix of natural tones and lavish luxury features with no expenses spared in in-villa entertainment.
Living Room
Villa Saanti’s living room is located on the ground floor in the main pavilion. This room is decorated with luxuriant earth tones, a large sectional sofa and a statement piece bird cage. Next door is the villa’s entertainment room which includes a 55-inch TV, DVD player, Wii, Sonos sound system and 3D glasses.
Dining Room
Located next to the living room, Villa Saanti’s formal dining table can seat up to 12 guests with a second dining table outside on the patio seating eight people. To the side of the dining room is the villa’s fully equipped kitchen.
Gym
Villa Saanti has a private gym lined with full-wall windows and equipped with a treadmill, cross-trainer, rowing machine, free weights and exercise balls.
Garden & Pool
Villa Saanti is blessed with two stunning swimming pools forming a dramatic T-shape pointing towards the beach. The main pool measures at 20 x 5 metres and spills over to the smaller 12 x 3 metre pool which is ideal for children and those who want to enjoy a soak in the in-built Jacuzzi. The pools are surrounded by a huge sun deck with sun loungers and parasols, with more loungers and a sunset sala located closer to the beach.

Villa Saanti has six bedrooms, all furnished with a king-sized bed. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor and two rooms are located upstairs on the first floor.

Villa Saanti Layout
Villa Saanti is a six-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The main house includes the living and dining areas on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor. The remaining four bedrooms are housed in separate poolside pavilions on ground level. Villa Saanti has two swimming pools and offers direct access to the beach.
Villa Saanti Staff
Your stay in Villa Saanti is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Saanti’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Saanti’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Location
Villa Saanti is located directly on Natai Beach in Phang Nga, Thailand. Natai Beach is a gorgeous seven-kilometre stretch of golden sand completely void of mass development, with only a handful of private villas and boutique resorts lining the sand. There are some fine dining restaurants and upscale beach clubs within a short drive, including Baba Beach Club, Esenzi and The Edge. Phang Nga is connected to the neighbouring island of Phuket by a bridge and the drive from Villa Saanti to Phuket International Airport takes about 30 minutes.

Our stay at Villa Saanti was absolutely fantastic! Just a quick drive from the airport, this stunning villa was perfect for our getaway with friends.
The private chef was a real treat, whipping up delicious meals for us from breakfast to dinner and accommodating any special requests we had.
The outdoor space was incredible, with two infinity edge pools, and one had a fabulous jacuzzi! We lounged on the comfortable sun loungers and made use of the beachside sala and barbecue area with a wood fired pizza oven for some fun alfresco dining.
There’s a fantastic gym, and we enjoyed the table tennis and pool tables outside. We spent lazy days on the gorgeous beach just steps from the garden, relaxing in the shade of the trees and taking dips in the sea.
As the sun set, the pools were beautifully lit by flickering torches, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy each other’s company while waiting for our next feast. With its stunning views and luxurious amenities, Villa Saanti truly impressed us!

Spent a weekend here with 20 friends for a birthday and we didn’t want to leave. The view is stunning – it’s right on the beach so our background music for the weekend was sounds of the waves crashing. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable and open to views of the ocean. The pool is large, clean and overlooking the ocean. The villa staff are so kind and helpful that a tip at the end of the trip didn’t feel like a sufficient way of thanking them. They arranged meals, massages, transportation, wifi passwords, the bar, mosquito repellents and everything else in between for us! Thanks for the great service and amazing food over the weekend. We will definitely come back!

Stunning holiday
We spent one week here as a family of 10 including small kids. Our stay here was just fantastic!!! It was hard to leave! Dang and her team offered exceptional service. After 24 hours they knew each of our needs and started offering what they knew we liked without needing to ask. For example they understood that I liked an espresso straight away in the morning before breakfast as well as after meals and they just took care of it. Dang was always on top of our plans and made sure everything went smoothly. One night after a day cruise there was a mix up with the taxi which was completely our fault but they continued to apologise for the situation and ensured we got our car seats back promptly even though it really should have been on us. The villa was very well kept, the swimming pool is to die for, and the beach is second to none. There are some details in the rooms that could use renovation (ie taps in bathrooms, walls needing paint) but you quickly dismissed those details because everything else is just so perfect. The pictures available online do not lie. We ate many of our meals at the villa as we had a small toddler with us and we enjoyed every single one of them. There is a good menu to chose from with a wide selection of excellent Thai food. It was so nice to just sit at the table when food was ready. During the day and evening staff are constantly on hand to serve drinks and snacks as desired. At the same time you also do not notice their presence as they know how to give space but still be available. They were all just exceptional. Our kids had a wonderful time as well with our 6 year old wishing to live there forever. A truly memorable holiday.

Amazing!
Just wow. Shanti villa is so beautiful. The pool and sun beds are surrounded by palm trees with the most beautiful view of the sea. The beach that is just at the end of the villa is the best beach I have seen in Thailand. Very little pollution and so quiet! I attended a 3 day wedding at the villa and stayed here. The wedding was so beautiful and the staff were great! Before the wedding started on each day the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! The food was also incredible! The beds we so comfy and I like all the outside showers and baths! Would definitely recommend staying here with families or friends! You won’t be disappointed.
