Villa Sabana Living
Villa Sabana spans 950 square meters of living space on a 2,750 square meter property. Its tropical design incorporates coffered ceilings, white palimanan stone walls, and teak plank floors, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings.
Living Room
The spacious open-sided living pavilion is adorned with plush rattan couches. Equipped with ceiling fans to capture tropical breezes, the room also includes a fully enclosed library complete with a smart TV and Sonos sound system.
Dining Room
The main pavilion houses the dining room, showcasing a sizable teak table accommodating up to 12 people. Antique cabinets complement the table and chairs. While the dining room has air conditioning, large teak doors can be opened to invite in the refreshing breeze. The pool area boasts a teak table suitable for outdoor dining, with an umbrella providing shade for up to 10 guests.
Garden & Pool
Amidst the lawns, towering coconut palms, and blossoming trees and shrubs, Villa Sabana’s charming garden surrounds an inviting 18-meter swimming pool. At the pool’s opposite end, a shaded balé offers a cushioned retreat for relaxation and rest.
Villa Sabana Bedrooms
Villa Sabana consists of five bedrooms. The larger bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds, are situated upstairs and feature private porches, while two bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the main building. The fifth bedroom is housed in a separate pavilion, offering a king-size bed, private porch, and ensuite bathroom. In total, Villa Sabana can accommodate 10 adults in its five ensuite bedrooms, all equipped with king-size beds and individual bathrooms.

Sliding doors open onto a private balcony with beautiful views over the rice terraces and, on a clear day, the mountains. The ensuite bathroom features a rain shower or an absolutely private and truly tropical experience.

Villa Sabana Layout
Villa Sabana consists of an imposing two-story main residence that accommodates four of the villa’s five bedrooms, the kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a spacious, sophisticated dining room. Adjacent to the pool is a separate pavilion dedicated to outdoor living. A thoughtfully furnished and cozy media room is situated beside the meticulously landscaped lawn, while a self-contained bedroom pavilion occupies a corner and boasts its private garden. All bedrooms, the dining room, and the media room are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

Your stay in Villa Sabana is made enjoyable by the professional staff. The team will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
The villa manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa Sabana includes night security between 10pm and 7am.

Villa Sabana is located in the village of Pererenan, adjacent to Canggu renowned for its vibrant food and beverage scene, world-class surf breaks, and a plethora of boutiques. The closest beach and local restaurants are just a short drive away, offering convenient access within a few minutes.

If you are looking for the best place to stay in Canggu, Villa Sabana is definitely where you should stay. It is hard to find the words to define how gorgeous this place is.
It is a wonderful property, quiet, decorated with great taste and refinement. Geoff and its staff are always at your service to help find the best restaurants (thanks again Geoff for for getting us a table in the best Japanese restaurant I have ever dined in even if it was fully booked), to give advices on where to go (Geoff shares its favorite adresses in Canggu in a book available in your room). Geoff is a really reactive & proactive host. We booked the room on last minute, and in less than 2 hours, we could check-in.
My significant other and I were visiting Bali & Canggu for the first time and we could not have dreamt of a better experience than what we lived at Villa Sabana. Thanks again to Geoff, Wayan, Yogi, the entire crew. If not obvious enough, I would recommend this place 1000000%.

What an honour to be able to stay at a place like this! Geoff and Ry were amazing hosts, and always made sure we felt comfortable, had what we needed, and were well taken care of.
The compound is private, with lush and amazing landscaping that transports you to a different place, a pool overlooking the paddy fields and lots of lush greenery, and our room was surrounded by flora and fauna. Truly comparable to the likes of Banyan Tree & Four Seasons, but at a fraction of the price.
The location is really great as well, with many restaurants nearby (easily accessible via a motorbike) or via Gojek delivery. The main stretch that’s right outside leads directly to the beach (8 mins by bike) and is much quieter than the main Canggu area but still full of nice cafes.

Geoff’s Villa Sabana is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed. It’s better than most of the hotels in Bali. this places feel like home you can enjoy privacy while also have opportunities to social with other guests and the host. Geoff and Ry are great hosts! there are only 4 guests rooms here but 7 stuff on site who are always responsive to your needs. 24 hours security makes me feel safe. Also the design of this place is impeccable.

This place is just not a beautiful place to stay, is a memory for life. I have stayed in great places around the world Sabana is definitely one of them. The pictures are superb but they don’t really do justice to how beautiful the house is. The location couldn’t be better a nice 5 minute scooter ride from all the cool restaurants and bars of Canggu but far enough to disconnect and feel like you are in real Bali. Expectations exceeded: amazing villa, great hosts, great service, good wifi considering this is Bali, possibly one of the best massages I had in Bali, they even helped me organise day trips and airport pick-ups. I look forward to visiting again and again. Fully recommended.

A grand yet intimate villa; beautifully designed, magnificent views of the rice fields and a spectacular pool. The host & team are helpful and kind. What we loved most was the sense of serenity and calm of the villa and its gardens while all the incredible hotspots of Canggu are just a few minutes away. Canggu is currently the best and most exciting place to stay; beautiful people; great places and not overdeveloped.

For those with refined taste. The complex only a few villas –each beautifully designed, both interior and exterior. Tucked only about 5 mins from a busy road –but the villa is very quiet and tranquil. There’s a small creek just right out the villa, and it’s so awesome to hear children playing (or probably bathing) in the stream in the morning. We can only hear the happy laughter behind the wall. Best way to get around is using a motorbike. Uber and taxi are prohibited from operating in these areas, so arrange your travels wisely. The best part of the villa? The infinity pool. Overlooking paddy rice, the pool has a great water temperature at all times. Garden, breakfast and dining area were also lovely.

Casual luxe is the perfect description for this amazing property. The villa is so spacious, the grounds are beautiful and the location is the perfect place if you are after a bit of peace and relaxation. The white stone and wooden floorboards give the feel of a top end resort, the bales at either end of the pool are the perfect spot to kick back with a good book. Juan and Geoff are so welcoming and you feel immediately at home. Before we even arrived a scooter had been organised as well as a couple of massages (seriously one of the best you will ever have!). Someone is always around to ensure to your stay is going well, or even just for a chat. There are lots of excellent eating options nearby, Tanah Lot temple is just up the road and Canggu is a few short minutes away on the scooter (more restaurants and an awesome crossfit box). You would definitely need a scooter if you want to explore the area properly as it is a couple of kilometres from Canggu beach which keeps the property quiet and peaceful. Villa Sabana is a real gem tucked away from the crowds, we cannot recommend it highly enough!
