VILLA SALTWATER

Villa Saltwater offers a picture perfect locale on a pristine sandy beach on the south coast of Sri Lanka. The villa stands out among more traditional villas dotted along the coastline with its fresh modern design and cool contemporary furnishings. Built in a U-shape around an enticing swimming pool, the villa provides direct access to the beach with the divine sound of the waves lulling you to sleep each night. With five bedrooms, the villa is ideal for hosting larger groups and families. You can walk down the beach to the nearest cafes and iconic landmarks like Unawatuna Beach and Galle Fort are but a short ride away.

Villa Saltwater wows with its modern design, offering a rehashing break from traditional local villas relying heavily on dark wood and ornate patterns. Decorated in calm tones of white, black and grey, the two-storey villa allows the spectacular beachside scenery to speak for itself, with some added sparkle provided by the private pool.

Living Room

The living room is an airy, fan-cooled space decorated with natural tones and contemporary furniture. An arrangement of cream coloured sofas provides seating around a  wooden coffee table, with artwork and artefacts giving subtle nods to Sri Lankan craftsmanship.

Dining Room

The dining area is a seamless extension of the living room, with a round dining table surrounded by unique leather dining chairs. Of course, meals can also be set outside on the lawns which stretch between the villa’s pool and the beach.

Garden

Though the villa itself is grand, the undeniable showstopper here is the 15-metre swimming pool which is ideally positioned between the villa and the beach. The poolside deck invites you to work on your tan with an arrangement of sun loungers. Closer to the beach, a fabulous shaded lounge area offers a picture-perfect setting for drinking in a tropical sunset with a chilled cocktail in hand.

Villa Saltwater features five bedrooms, all furnished with a king-sized bed and adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms are located up on the first floor.

Villa Saltwater is a five-bedroom villa that’s built over two levels. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and three bedrooms. Two more bedrooms are located on the villa’s upper floor. The villa has a private swimming pool and offers direct access to the beach.

Villa Manager

Villa Saltwater’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Villa Saltwater is located in Unawatuna on the stunning coastline of Sri Lanka.
