Villa Sea Renity certainly lives up to its name. Positioned on a divine stretch of sand in Koh Samui, this harmoniously designed villa offers more than a touch of serenity, along with generous doses of sea, sand and sun. If the seven-bedroom villa wows with its location (the sunset views from the beach are to die for), then the design does not pale in comparison.

With its modern angles and endless windows, the villa brings a touch of modern glam to the shoreline, with state of the art facilities (including a private cinema and sauna) only adding to the appeal. This villa is a fabulous option for families, as it features both a dorm room with cute bunk beds sleeping 6 kids, plus a kiddie pool for the little ones to splash around in.

Villa Sea Serenity offers a sublime fusion of sleek modern architecture, curated interiors and beachfront bliss. With much of the villa encased in glass, the setting is ideal for true relaxation while gazing at the clear blue ocean, away from the hustle and bustle of the modern world.

Living Room

The living room is a stunning space surrounded by full-wall glass, ensuring the best possible views of the villa’s seductive pool as well as the ocean glimmering beyond. When the glass doors are closed, guests can relax in air-conditioned comfort. The room has a plus, U-shaped sofa positioned before a huge flatscreen TV, plus a pool table to keep you entertained.

Dining Room

The dining room occupies its own pavilion, located a few stops from the living room pavilion with beautiful views of the pool. This is a beautiful space (with an adjoining kitchen) for enjoying meals in air-conditioned comfort. Or perhaps you’d prefer to dine in the stunning sunken dining area by the pool instead?

Cinema

This one’s for the movie buffs! The villa’s cinema room features a high-definition projector and a large screen for guests to enjoy their favourite block busters and silver screen classics, with Netflix and IPTV both available.

Garden

There’s plenty of opportunity to soak up the tropical sun and beautiful scenery at Villa Sea Renity. Not only does the villa offer a stunning beachfront locale, but it also comes with a show-stopping 21-metre lap pool and a fun shallow pool for the kids to enjoy. The poolside deck is dotted with sun beds, with a sunken lounge and a dining area to match only adding to the appeal.

Villa Sea Renity has six bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed and generous amenities. In addition to these six main rooms, the villa features a fun bunk room which can sleep up to six kids in bunk beds. The villa can accommodate up to 12 adults and 6 children.

Villa Sea Renity is a seven-bedroom beachfront villa that’s divided into multiple pavilions. Six of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, while one comes with three sets of bunk beds. The villa features enclosed living and dining areas, a cinema room, sauna, massage pavilion, seven bedrooms, outdoor trampoline, 21-metre long lap pool and a 0,7-metre deep kiddie pool.

Villa Manager

Villa Sea Renity’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Villa Sea Renity is located on Laem Sor Beach on the serene south coast of Koh Samui island in Thailand. The villa offers direct access to the shoreline, where exotic mangrove trees grow in the shallows. As the villa’s name suggests, this is a more subdued part of the island, far removed from the clamour of Chaweng Beach. Wat Khao Chedi is a short drive away – this temple is home to a beautiful gilded, reclining Buddha. The charmingly rustic iBeach Bar is also just a five-minute drive away.
