Located smack bang on the waterfront, Villa Selamanya is an affordable beach-house in Bali. Villa Selamanya is in Nusa Dua, Bali.

Villa Selamanya is situated on the sea front of a property known as the Puri Tirta Villas complex. It is located in a peaceful lagoon of a famous resort area known as Tanjung Benoa. The villa offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean. Guests are welcomed by a 20 meter pool, Jacuzzi, pool-side gazebo, as well as a meditating Buddha statue which symbolizes harmony and balance.

The overall design of Villa Selamanya blends modern architecture (such as minimalistic interiors styled in wood and stone) and Balinese elements. All these blend well with the ocean views and the tropical greenery. This makes this villa the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or even a fun family vacation.

Living Room

The living-room is a perfect stage to experiment in the art of cocktail-making. Tall glass sliding doors lead to the swimming pool facing the ocean. Keep them open in the evening to allow the ocean breeze fill the living room, or close them during the hot tropical day and watch TV, DVDs or listen to music in the comfort of the air conditioned environment.

Dining Room

The other side of the pool features an open dining room with a dinner table which sits 6 people and is surrounded by a pond. Adjacent to the living room is a small kitchen which has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery and chinaware. There is a bar stand separating the living room from the kitchen.

Garden & Pool

The Indian Ocean is just after the 20 meter stunning pool. There is a terrace on one side of the pool which has sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a gazebo facing the ocean.

Each of the bedrooms in villa Selamaya is decorated according to a different color scheme.ll three bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high quality toiletries, linen, towels and even hair-drier for your maximum comfort. Villa Selamanya can accommodate up to 7 people (with one extra bed).

Master Bedroom

The romantic master bedroom is located upstairs and features a 4 poster wooden bed with lots of pillows. There are also sliding doors that open out to the balcony offering a view of the bay, palm trees, the Buddha statue and the stunning pool. The en-suite bathroom has indoor and outdoor showers as well as a built-in closet.

Guest Bedrooms

The other 2 Selamanya bedrooms are located downstairs, adjacent to the living space / room. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with tubs, indoor and outdoor showers, as well as built-in closets. They also offer a view of the bay and the pool. One of the 2 bedrooms has shades of crème to create a relaxed ambiance, king size (four poster) bed as well as an en-suite bathroom. The glass sliding doors lead directly to the pool. Right across the living room is the other bedroom styled in shades of blue. It comes with 2 twin beds that can also be configured to a king size bed. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and they have top quality linens, toiletries and towels.

The view will greet you the minute you enter the villa through the Balinese carved wooden gate. The ocean lies right past the 20 meter-long swimming pool and the adjacent Buddha statue. On one side of the pool there is a large terrace complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, and an adjacent ocean-facing gazebo – every guest will find a sunset spot perfect just for them. On the other side of the pool there is an open living room housing a dinner table for six, surrounded by a small pond. The villa interiors are modern and light, yet decorated with a touch of Balinese style coming through in natural materials, teak furniture, the small fountain in the living room, as well as certain interior objects. The living room has an adjacent small kitchen

Villa Manager

Villa Selamanya’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chauffeur

A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! A car and driver can be a great way to explore you holiday destination. Villa rates include complimentary 8 hours/day seven-seater Toyota Innova car and driver is on stand-by for up to eight hours of complimentary guest use (excluding petrol).

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Although the villa’s bay front has shallow waters which are not perfect for swimming, the beach is suitable for sunset and sunrise walks. You will have a personal chauffeured car and you can visit stunning beaches, world class resorts and the Nusa Dua shopping mall, all of which are a short drive away from Villa Selamaya.
