VILLA SERASI

The Balinese villa has a contemporary style design blending Balinese architecture for a real Bali feel. This is a perfect place for families and friends looking to stay amidst the bounties of nature on their Bali holiday.

Living Room

The living area has comfortable furnishings and is located on the lower level of Pavilion 1 along with the master bedroom. The living area also has built-in day beds and a lounge with CD player for sheer relaxation. The upper level loft area in Pavilion 1 is a quiet retreat with large-day beds and comfortable couches. A TV and VCD player are available here for your in-house entertainment.

Dining Room

Villa Serasi has an open air dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area is in Pavilion 2 with a seating capacity of 10 guests and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Garden & Pool

The striking highlights of Villa Serasi are its outdoor features. The villa has a 7 square meter swimming pool surrounded by magnificent gardens. The pool deck has cosy sun loungers and a relaxing bale for you to lie back and enjoy the setting with a drink or simply soak into the beauty of the place.

Villa Serasi has three deluxe bedrooms set in luxury pavilions offering comfortable accommodation for a memorable Bali holiday. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Elegant white nets descend from the ceiling downwards, ensuring uninterrupted hours of sleep.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is generously spacious and located on the lower level of Pavilion 1. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a large outdoor bathroom with shower.

Guest Bedrooms

The two guest bedrooms are located in Pavilion 3 and have a shared bathroom with double vanity and shower. One of these bedrooms has a queen size bed while the other has two large single beds.

The villa is surrounded by designer landscaped gardens with established shady trees. A 7m² swimming pool, a peaceful water fountain feature, pool terrace with sun lounges and a relaxing poolside day bed bale completes the outdoor areas. Villa Serasi is a deluxe three bedroom villa, with an open air dining room, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas designed in a contemporary style with traditional Balinese architecture.

Your stay in Villa Serasi is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Serasi ’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping you didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. A security guard is stationed at the villa from 11pm until 7am.

Villa Issi is tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Seminyak. The villa is close to the Oberoi and Legian Hotels and is ideally situated for anyone wishing to sample Seminyak’s world-class dining, happening bars and fabulous clothing, homeware and jewellery boutiques.

The famous beachfront dining venue, Ku De Ta, is just down the road and the beautiful seaside restaurant of La Lucciola only a short stroll away, as is Seminyak Beach and the sacred Petitenget Temple.
