Designed as a set of interconnecting spaces, Villa Soong is symmetrically divided in to two parts, which are bound together by the sandstone pathway stretching the length of the property. The walkway provides access to the rest of the villa with three gracefully designed bedrooms spread across the premises to provide just the right amount of privacy and seclusion without obstructing the majestic views available throughout the villa. The minimalist en-suite bathrooms are large enough to run around in and further highlight the glamorous feel of the entire property.
The extensive living area is designed as an open plan living and entertainment space where you can stretch across one of the beautifully crafted rattan sofas while your friends or family are enjoying a meal at the light teak dinner table, which serves as the centre piece of the room. Further aback, the dining area is set against an open plan kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar and full cooking facilities.
The generously appointed room seamlessly opens up on to the outdoor beachfront garden that lies just beyond the invitingly warm length of the infinity pool, with its intentionally seductive, subtle greens playing off against the richness of the lawn and the blindingly bright Southern sky. The natural-looking pool is bordered by a spacious deck and relaxation area, equipped with sun loungers and cosy armchairs, perfect for enjoying a very Thai lemongrass mojito. The exceptionally conspicuous feel of the villa is further highlighted by 17 meters of direct beach frontage, making it a private island-like experience.
The main expanse of the semi alfresco living area is striking in its finishing touches and attention to detail, including the polished stone floors, which ground the the skinny supporting white pillars, barely noticeable to preserve the feeling of space. The pale creams of the floor and the ceiling are balanced by the striking richness of the wooden window blinds stretching the length of the room. They set the tone for the entire room and play of against the designer furniture sourced from Pedrali, Dedon etc and include the glamorous rattan sofas, sumptuously finished in soft brown fabric.
The main naked stone wall of the room is the feature of ultimate prominence and serves as the perfect backdrop for striking sterling pieces of decorative art below. The room comes generously equipped with sophisticated electronics, including Bose and JBL sound systems, iPhone docks, a hi-end TV and entertainment system as well as an LED light system and latest energy efficiency and eco-friendly measures for a guilt free holiday experience.
Living area of Villa Soong flows in to the eclectic dining space that brings together the classically inspired light brown tea table with the comfortable glass effect seats, comfortably providing for up to eight guests.
