The gorgeous older style villa; three bedroom Villa Sunset is an absolute waterfront on the shore of a peaceful ocean lagoon.

Villa Sunset is a stylish beachfront property located on the shore of an ocean lagoon. A 10 minute walk will take you to the main street of a tourist area known as Tanjung Benoa. Tanjung Benoa is located north of Nusa Dua where you will find a lot of restaurants and shops, as well as a shopping mall and an entertainment centre.

The villa interiors are modern and light and decorated with a touch of Balinese style coming through in natural materials and teak furniture.

Living Room

The other side of the pool features an open living room complete with rattan furniture.

Dining Room

Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped small kitchen. There is a bar that separates the living area and the kitchen. The tall sliding glass doors will take you out to the swimming pool. You can leave them open to allow the fresh breeze to enter or you can close them for air-conditioned comfort.

Garden & Pool

The ocean is only steps away from the stunning pool. On the side of the pool is a large terrace with sun loungers. There is also a gazebo nearby with a daybeds.

Villa Sunset is a double storey structure featuring three bedrooms including the master bedroom on the upper level. Each bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a built-in closet, indoor and outdoor showers and a bathtub. All 3 air-conditioned bedrooms come with high quality linen, towels and toiletries. There is even a hair-dryer in each bedroom so no need to pack one.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is located on the upper level and enjoys the view at its best. Take it in while lounging on the balcony in one of the rattan armchairs with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a marble-encrusted en-suite bathroom complete with a built-in closet, bathtub and two showers – indoor and outdoor.

The ground floor features a living room and the other two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed while the other one has 2 singles

The entrance to Villa Sunset is through a carved wooden gate. The ocean is only steps away from the stunning pool. On the side of the pool is a large terrace with sun loungers. Villa Manager

Villa Sunset’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chauffeur

A chauffeur will provide you with the ultimate experience! A car and driver can be a great way to explore you holiday destination. Villa rates include complimentary 8 hours/day seven-seater Toyota Innova car and driver is on stand-by for up to eight hours of complimentary guest use (excluding petrol).

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Although you cannot swim in the front of the villa due to the shallow waters, the beach at low tide is suitable for those sunset or sunrise walks. You will also have your own personal chauffeured car to take you to the nearby world class Bali resorts, beach clubs and some of best beaches in Bali. The shopping mall in Nusa Dua is also pretty close by.

Villa Sunset is one of the villas that make up the Puri Tirta Villas, a group of private villas situated on the waterfront, near the well-known resorts of Nusa Dua. There is a path that goes from the parking area via the tropical vegetation straight to the dock which houses a private boat. The private boat is for taking guests on tours to explore the surrounding beaches. The fishermen’s town on the island of Serangan and even on snorkeling and fishing expeditions. There are bicycles which you can use to explore the surrounding area and kayaks you can use to go travel around the mangrove that is close by.
