Built on a scenic hilltop high among the treetops in Koh Samui, the villa offers sweeping views overlooking Chaweng Beach and the turquoise ocean. Built over two floors, the villa’s wow factor is provided by a private infinity pool, with elegant living areas offering an air-conditioned break from the tropical sun. Villa Yam Chao features three bedrooms, each one adjoined by a furnished balcony and an ensuite bathroom. If you’re travelling with a bigger group, Villa Roong Arun and Villa Faa Sang, each with four bedrooms, are located at the same villa estate.

Living Room

The living room is calm space dominated by elegant monochrome tones and providing an air-conditioned refuge amidst the tropical weather. Living and dining areas occupy the same fluid space, with the lounge area offering a comfortable white sofa facing a large flatscreen TV.

Dining Room

Located adjacent to the lounge area, the villa’s dining area features a glass-topped dining table surrounded by six woven chairs. Full-wall glass provides splendid views of the pool while dining. Behind the dining area you’ll find the villa’s open-plan kitchen.

Garden

The undeniable star of the show is the villa’s sleek infinity pool which offers spectacular vistas of Koh Samui and the ocean shimmering beyond. After a refreshing dip in the pool, guests can enjoy a breather on one of the surrounding sun loungers or seek a more private spot on one of the furnished bedroom balconies on the upper floor.

Villa Yam Chao has three bedrooms, all furnished with a king-sized bed and adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are all positioned on the villa’s upper floor to maximise the epic views.

Villa Yam Chao is a private three-bedroom villa located at the Verano Residence estate. The villa is divided across two floors. The pool level houses the living and dining areas, while the three bedrooms are located upstairs. If you’re travelling with a bigger group, Villa Roong Arun and Villa Faa Sang, each with four bedrooms, are located at the same villa estate.

Villa Manager

Villa Yam Chao’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Villa Yam Chao is located in Chaweng in Koh Samui. Built on a scenic hilltop and neighboured by other high-end villas, the villa provides marvellous views and an exclusive sense of privacy while still being close to the action. The bustling area surrounding Chaweng Beach can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, while the more peaceful beach of Chaweng Noi is only 10 minutes away.
