VILLA ZAI

Villa Zai is the pinnacle of modern tropical luxury. The villa’s sleek angles are beautifully rendered against its lush surroundings and the air-conditioned interiors are a refreshing contrast to the island’s sultry climate. Spanning some 6,000 square metres, the villa feels akin to your own private resort where the design is as thoughtful as it is luxurious. Living Room

The living room is a gorgeous space and the social hub of the villa. Framed by floor to ceiling windows, this is a space to relax, have fun, and enjoy each other’s company to the fullest. The lounge area can seat 20 people with ease, with even more seats available on the adjoining terrace. You can shoot a game of pool or play some ping-pong and thanks to the kitchenette (complete with a bar, sink, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle), you can enjoy this space all day long. The sound system ensures good tunes, while the air-conditioning keeps this space nice and breezy amid the tropical weather.

Dining Room

Flanked by full wall windows looking over the pool and out to the ocean, the dining room is a picture-perfect space for hosting unforgettable feasts. The long dining table can seat a group of 22 people, with a JBL sound system, karaoke machine, and smart TV adding entertainment. The adjoining terrace offers seating for six – it’s the perfect place for sipping you after dinner digestifs while gazing out to the ocean. For added convenience, the dining room is adjoined by male, female, and disabled bathrooms, while a lift ensures ease of access.

Cinema

The villa’s private cinema will elevate your movie nights into great new heights. The cinema can seat 12 guests on plush recliner seats, with a 140-inch screen, Epson projector, and JBL cinema sound system bringing movies to life. The cinema room has Netflix and Disney+ access.

Games Room

It’s game on at the villa’s swanky games lounge! This elegant space features a poker table for 8-10 players and a bar and pantry complete with a coffee machine and kettle. The lounge area can seat four and a JBL sound system lets you curate the playlist.

Gym

Thanks to Villa Zai’s private gym, there’s no need to compromise on your workout regime while on holiday. The spacious, air-conditioned gym is fitted with an impressive list of equipment, including a treadmill, elliptical exercise machine, sit-down exercise bike, multi gym equipment, dumbbells, skipping rope, punchbag, yoga matts, blocks and straps… and more. A large smart TV, JBL sound system, mini fridge, and adjoining bathrooms (two for men and women respectively) add convenience to your workout session.

Spa

The villa’s private spa rivals that of any luxury establishment. A lounge area ushers you into this cocoon of serenity which features a Thai massage room, an oil therapy room, and a steam room. There’s also a luxurious bathroom and a dressing room, with a JBL sound system ensuring that the soundtrack is just to your liking.

Garden & Pool

Villa Zai is immersed in tropical greenery and graced by the most amazing ocean views. The crowning glory is the villa’s immense, 40-metre-long infinity pool which is adjoined by a sumptuous Jacuzzi. The poolside deck features a sound system, with plenty of room to lounge on the sun beds or grab a seat on the sofas instead. If you’re feeling a bit more active, challenge your mates to a game out on the pickleball court or practice your skills on the putting green.

Villa Zai features a staggering 11 bedrooms. The bedrooms are plush and luxe and offer all the comforts and conveniences you could ask for. All rooms come with emperor-sized beds (215 x 200 cm), TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and balconies. The décor is calm and streamlined, with colourful artwork and tropical views adding colour.

Villa Zai is an 11-bedroom villa that’s built over three levels. The ground floor houses six bedrooms, as well as the villa’s pickleball court, gym, and putting green. This level also features a courtyard and a sun deck. The middle floor houses five bedrooms and the villa’s cinema. The top floor is the entrance level which houses the living and dining areas, games room, spa, and swimming pool. The villa is crowned with a rooftop terrace.

Your stay in Villa Zai is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Zai’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Thai hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Zai’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
