Villa Zitouna captures the vibrant energy of Marrakesh and the warm glow of the Moroccan sun. The exterior is a classic Moroccan orange but with a fun and surprising form: the villa appears to be built from staggered blocks. This dance between traditions and new innovations continues indoors where rooms showcase Moroccan craftsmanship and vibrant modern design. Living Room
The living room is a light and luminous space thanks to full wall windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The space features two generous sofas, two arm chairs, and ottomans, all rendered in rich tones of turquoise, teal, and cobalt blue. A two-sided fireplace separates this lounge area from the dining room.
Dining Room
The dining room is an inspiring space adorned with evocative artwork and textiles. The dining table is surrounded by sky blue dining chairs and crowned with a matching lamp. There is also a beautiful pergola in the garden where you can enjoy your meals alfresco.
Garden & Pool
Green gardens dotted with olive and palm trees envelope the villa in blissful privacy. A 20-metre-long pool offers ample room for some laps, with sun beds, shaded patios, and an alfresco dining area offering even more opportunity for enjoying the great outdoors in style. The rooftop terrace with its retro chic furniture is the perfect place to really soak up the sun.

Your stay in Villa Zitouna is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Zitouna’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Moroccan hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Zitouna’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa Zitouna includes 24-hour security.
