The large estate offers multiple nooks and lounges for the group to gather round in (or for you to steal away from some me time), with a magnificent pool working as the centre piece.

Living Room

The main house is the social hub of the villa, housing a relaxed lounge room furnished with comfortable sofas dotted with beautifully patterned pillows. The breezy veranda is another great place to get together as a group with relaxed armchairs arranged around coffee tables.

Dining Room

The dining pavilion is a beautiful open-plan structure set in the garden, allowing guests to dine in fan cooled comfort while enjoying the lush embrace of the tropics. The pavilion offers enough room for the whole group to dine together.

Garden

Why House is built amidst luscious tropical gardens which are an event onto themselves. The centre piece is, of course, the gorgeous swimming pool with wide steps leading down to the deep end. The lush setting around the pool is really that of your own private Eden. The deck is dotted with palm trees, with sun beds and parasols offering a choice between sun and shade.

Why House features 10 bedrooms generously spread out across vast tropical gardens. There are three bedrooms in the main house; three bedrooms in the Garden Villa; two bedrooms in the Garden Bungalow and two bedrooms are standalone cabana bedrooms.

Why House is a sprawling 10-bedroom villa that’s divided into multiple pavilions. The main house features the living areas and three bedrooms. The dining facilities are housed in their own pavilion. The garden villa houses three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are housed in the Garden Bungalow. There are two more cabana bedrooms. The villa has a private swimming pool and large gardens.

Villa Manager

Why House’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
