This means you can access some of Niseko’s finest slopes with ease, regardless of your skill level. If you get hungry on the slopes, there are plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity – though you might be tempted to spend most of your nights huddled up inside. Store your gear in the large ski room by the door (complete with heated boot racks) and head for a soak in the indoor onsen. Enjoy a cosy meal gathered around the huge dining table and finish the night off with a movie marathon in the media room. With large living areas and five bedrooms to choose from (including a fun bunk room that’s perfect for kids), there is plenty of space to keep everyone well rested and fired up for another epic day on the slopes.

This fresh modern chalet invites guests to mingle and socialise in its warm and welcoming living areas, whether you prefer to gather around the dining table, catch a movie in the media room or simply relax on the sofas and watch as the snow falls. The five bedrooms are well spaced out so you can enjoy each other’s company without being on top of each other. Though the ski runs and après-ski fun of Hirafu are just moments a way, Yuki Sugi Chalet makes a strong case for staying in – who’s up for a soak in the snow view onsen?

Living Room

The open plan living and dining room is a beautiful light filled space positioned on the chalet’s upper floor. The elevated position helps maximise the light. It also ensures picture perfect views reaching all the way to Mount Yotei – a fabulous backdrop for socialising and mingling with the group. There is a generous arrangement of grey sofas, ottomans and chairs arranged around a round coffee table. With the dining table and kitchen located in the same space, you can keep the conversation flowing uninterrupted throughout the day.

Dining Room

The sleek dark wood dining table offers a beautiful contrast to the light surfaces of the living room. The effect is further played up by the light streaming in through the full wall windows. The dining table is surrounded by 10 chairs and lit up by beautifully sculpted pendant lamps. The dining area is positioned right by the window so you can watch the snow fall while you dine. A few steps from the dining room is the chalet’s sleek modern kitchen which features a Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, ample cutlery, tableware and more. There are four more seats available at the island counter – perfect for a casual breakfast or a quick snack before heading off to the slopes.

Media Room

The media room is a fun and cosy space located downstairs. The room features a large TV and a sleek fireplace with bright red beanbags to lounge on. In case you absolutely have to catch up on some work or skim through your inbox, the room also has a work desk available.

Yuki Sugi Chalet features five bedrooms. The bedrooms are calming, neutral spaces perfect for restorative sleep after an exciting day on the slopes. There is plenty of flexibility here to ensure a variety of sleeping arrangements for different groups. Two rooms have king-sized beds and two rooms come with either a king or two single beds – your choice. For even more options, one room features two sets of bunks which can sleep up to four guests.

Yuki Sugi Chalet is a five-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses the garage, ski room, media room, standalone onsen and two bedrooms. The upper floor houses the living and dining areas, kitchen and three bedrooms.

Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Property Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Yuki Sugi Chalet is located right on the cusp of Hirafu Village in Niseko, Japan. The chalet is located at the Intuition development so you’ll have access to onsens and dining right next door. The location strikes the perfect balance between easy access and forest bound serenity. The ACE Family Pair Lift is just 250 metres away so you can head to the slopes with ease. The chalet is also just a five-minute stroll from Hirafu’s main intersection with plenty of restaurants and pubs available in every direction. Seicomart, which is great for picking up snacks, drinks and other essentials, is also close by. While you basically have Hirafu in the palm of your hand, you can also easily visit other resorts in the area. Niseko Village and Hanazono are both just a 10-minute drive away.
