Jet Black Ginger is owned by Melbourne born hair stylist Rianni Hustler. We highly recommend you take a visit if you want her team of professionally trained stylists to blow out your sandy tresses or tame your scooter windswept manes. This stylish boutique salon located in Berewa (not far from the Canggu shortcut) will not only have you leaving with freshly styled hair but you can also grab a mani-pedi there too! Filled with Instagram worthy décor and vogueish interiors, you won’t want to leave this salon once your treatment is finished.

2. Blow Bar Bali
The first of its kind in Bali, where getting pampered has become more of a “social hangout and patrons are encouraged to Drink & Dry”. Let us explain: there is a modish bar running down the centre of the space, with hair stations wrapped around the edges. The hair wash basins are horizontal laying, and this is a new experience in itself, followed by a head-massage that will leave you dreaming of coconuts in a rice field. Their blow drys sound like cocktails, from your ‘classic’ signature blowout with body, or ‘the bombshell’ big time curls. We recommend making a day of it and taking your squad along with you, whether that’s your partner or friends, as this glam staple in Seminyak is one of our favourite bars to hit.

3. Ashari
A personal favourite of ours as we discovered this gem on Instagram and now, we are regular clients. You don’t even need to leave the comfort of your own villa – simply wash your hair just before your hairdresser arrives and they will style your hair to perfection with the latest products and styling tools. Their blow drys last and are incredible – forget about your waves having fallout from the motorbike, it doesn’t happen with their expert technique. And we will let you in on a little secret: they do eye lash extensions too! Book online with Ashari and they will send you a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. There is no such thing as Bali time with Ashari, they are highly professional, always on time and you can pay with cash or card.
