We have discovered the perfect place to stay when you want to stay in the very heart of the action with great shopping, dining and nightlife waiting right on your doorstep. Checking in to Allure Villas
Allure Villas consists of two villas located side by side, tucked down a small side lane just metres off Seminyak’s famous Eat Street, more formally known as Jalan Kayu Aya. The two and three-bedroom villas can be booked individually or together to create a five-bedroom villa for bigger groups. Today, we’re checking in to the two-bedroom villa for two nights.
Style & Design
Throughout, Allure Villas have a light and bright feel to them, with white walls and classic furniture fringed by an azure pool and tropical greenery. The villas’ design is simple and feels irresistibly comfortable throughout – in other words, it was the perfect place to relax when we weren’t busy exploring all the surrounding restaurants!
As we were staying within metres from some of the most popular nightclubs on the island, it’s inevitable that some sounds from all that merrymaking will carry over to the villa. Then again, if having a good time is a priority, staying this close to Bali’s best nightlife spots is ideal!
Services at Allure Villas
One of the many perks of staying in a professionally managed villa is having dedicated staff to look after you. At Allure Villas, the services are simple rather than all-inclusive but we loved having the staff there to help with anything we needed done. That the staff speaks good English was a definite plus as nothing got lost in translation during our stay. Of course, daily housekeeping is included in the rates so you won’t need so much as to make the bed while on holiday!
Location, Location, Location
Now let’s move on to what Allure Villas is really all about – location, location, location! Allure Villas is the perfect place to stay if you want to make the most of Bali’s vibrant restaurant and nightclub scene. It’s impossible to list out all the highlights you’ll find within a 500-metre radius from the villa so we’ll settle for a few our own personal favourites.
To kickstart your day, stroll over to Revolver Coffee, a boutique coffee shop serving some of the best brew on the island. If you’re looking to do some shopping, make sure you stop by Drifters – this super cool surf shop offers everything from apparel to accessories and from books to homeware.
When you start feeling hungry, you’ll really be spoiled for choice. We love Corner House for their brunch spread, Ultimo for yummy Italian, Ginger Moon for Asian fusion… and the list goes on. After the sun goes down, Dovetail serves great cocktails (they even do takeaway!) while Red Carpet Champagne Bar is known for their lethal martinis. If you’re looking to dance the night away, you can’t go wrong with La Favela, an iconic restaurant/night club/tropical wonderland located right across the street from Allure Villas.
