With land prices increasing in Bali, new villas are being built on smaller and smaller blocks, not Villa Naty! This magnificent villa sits on a huge block of land in the area of Umalas.
Where is Umalas?
Located 15 minutes drive from the hot spots Seminyak and Canggu, Umalas is an excellent choice for guests seeking a quieter neighbourhood with luxurious, yet, affordable villas, amazing cafes and restaurants to make any Melbourne restaurateur jealous. Umalas attracts people who seeking tranquillity and close proximity to everything Seminyak and Canggu have to offer.
What Makes Villa Naty So Special?
Well first there is the amazing team: Tiger who looks like Tiger Woods – he said they are brothers, just with a different mother and father. Johnny – who has extensive experience in the hospitality industry working in one of the most exclusive clubs in Singapore. Then there is Number 1 – yes, that’s his nickname. The rest of the team are amazing and lead by a very passionate villa owner. Finally, special mention to the chef who cooked an incredible banquet for our team!
Oh, So Much Space at Villa Naty
The design of the villa is quite unique. From the moment we entered via the grand doors, we walked past a beautiful fishpond surrounded by tropical plants – fitting for a Bali villa.
Then, as we walked into the living room, the sheer size of the villa hit home. It’s huge! The living room is open-air – set up high with a lovely breeze. The dining room to one side seats 12 guests, next to this room is the small gym and media room.
Set around the pool are 6 bedrooms. The first two as you walk down the stairs are the master rooms. The bedrooms are pretty much the same size as the other rooms but the difference is the bathrooms which come with their very own plunge pools. The villa has a huge swimming pool and plenty of lawn for kids to run around. There is also a billiards table which can be converted to a ping pong table if you like.
There is an outdoor dining area with a pizza oven for pizza fanatics like me and an extensive menu to choose from with all your favourite toppings.
Where to next?
I’m blessed with being able to stay and experience these amazing villas. Villa Naty is certainly one of my favourites in Bali. We had a great time and wasn’t long enough. Come with me as tomorrow I jet off to stay in Thailand staying in some interesting abodes there.
