Bagera Estate is a sprawling 15-bedroom estate that boasts three swimming pools, boho chic décor and plenty of room to roam. With its thatched roof pavilions, open plan living areas and sparkling swimming pools glistening in the sun, the setup is nothing short of sensational. If you’re partial to fabulous food and sublime sunsets, the location is pretty hard to beat as well. Bagera Estate is nestled in a peaceful pocket of Seminyak, walking distance to Eat Street, Seminyak Beach and Ku De Ta. The villa estate is home to three private villas: Villa Hoi, Villa Namu and House of Bagera each feature five bedrooms.

With its glistening pools, lush green gardens and boho chic decor, Bagera Estate exudes the relaxed lifestyle of the tropics. The estate’s three connecting villas – House of Bagera, Villa Hoi and Villa Namu – each have a similar layout, but they are all uniquely styled so there is always something new and inspiring to discover as you move through the property.

The three villas are located side by side and they are connected through discreet garden gates. Leave the gates open to move between the villas with ease or close them to create private areas within your exclusive estate.

House of Bagera is the perfect fusion of Bali’s summertime bohemia and fresh modern design. The villa beautifully mixes boho chic rattan with brick walls that wouldn’t look amiss in a Brooklyn loft. The spacious pool, lush green lawns and the beautiful joglo structure that houses the living areas give guests an undeniable taste of the tropics. House of Bagera shares a connecting garden gate with Villa Hoi.

Villa Hoi is a lavishly large Balinese villa that boasts open plan living areas housed in a gorgeous wooden pavilion. That breezy structure presides over a fabulous 14-metre-long swimming pool. The villa features five bedrooms decorated in dreamy boho chic style. Mimicking the layout of a Balinese compound, the rooms are divided into three pavilions that surround the pool. Villa Hoi shares connecting garden gates with House of Bagera and Villa Namu.

Villa Namu wows with its large swimming pool and a stunning joglo style pavilion that houses the living and dining areas. This beautiful structure gazes over that showstopping pool which is in turn framed by neat lawns and lush greenery. The five bedrooms are generously spread out over the property, with rooms divided into three standalone pavilions. Villa Namu shares a connecting garden gate with Villa Hoi.

The three villas can be booked individually or together to create a 15-bedroom estate known as Bagera Estate. The villas are connected through discreet garden gates which can be opened when the three villas are booked together.

Villa Manager

Bagera Estate’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Bagera Estate is located in the Seminyak neighbourhood in Bali, Indonesia. The estate offers the best of both worlds: a wonderfully calm setting in a private cul-de-sac yet just a few minutes’ stroll from all the action. Seminyak’s famous Eat Street is just 300 metres away and offers an endless array of restaurants, cafes, spas and boutiques. Seminyak’s iconic beach clubs – including Ku De Ta and Mano – are about one kilometre from the villa. You can walk on over (just remember to stay hydrated!) or hop in an air-conditioned taxi that’ll whisk you over in no time.
