The 10 bedrooms are light and airy, and they all open to fabulous sea view balconies. The villa comes with two bunk rooms and the pools have shallow areas for the kids so families will feel right at home. Grand Blue View Estate is located just five minutes from dreamy Bang Por Beach – though when the setup is this good at home, you might just opt to stay in instead.

Grand Blue View Estate was designed by Gary Fell and the villa exquisitely showcases the architect’s singular vision. The villa cascades down the lush hillside, simultaneously standing out and blending in with its tropical surroundings. The villa is dominantly white which gives it a breezy feel reminiscent of Miami, while the stretches of natural stone root the property to its Thai surroundings. The two infinity pools are simply divine – a perfect match to the ocean views which seem to go on forever.

Living Room

When you’re staying with a large group, it’s important to have enough space so everyone can get comfortable and enjoy themselves. Luckily, this villa comes with two generous living areas, each boasting a breezy open plan layout and offering glorious views of the ocean. The living areas feature comfortable sofas that are large enough to seat the whole group while also giving you the option to splinter off into smaller groups when needed.

Dining Room

Likewise, the villa comes with two impressive dining areas. Both dining areas are alfresco so there’s a constant connection to your lush surroundings with nothing blocking out the views. The dining areas are adjoined by fully equipped kitchens where the villa staff will be happy to prepare meals, snacks, and refreshing drinks throughout your stay.

Media Room

Can’t agree on which movie to watch? No problem! This huge estate doesn’t just have one movie room for you to enjoy – it has two. Each air-conditioned room comes with a generous sofa and a large flatscreen TV.

Gym

A quick workout followed by a dip in the pool? Don’t mind if I do! The villa’s fitness room has a treadmill and enough room for practicing yoga – and yes, yoga mats are also available. Or maybe you’d prefer a friendly game of ping-pong instead?

To infinity… and beyond! Grand Blue View Estate boasts not just one but two fabulous infinity pools, each one opening to sweeping panoramas of Samui island and the blue ocean glimmering beyond. Each pool is 15-metres long and hugged by a sumptuous sun deck perfect for soaking up the rays. Both pools are framed by a picture-perfect sunken lounge that’s just waiting to host your crew for a round of drinks at sunset.

Grand Blue View Estate features 10 bedrooms decorated in the villa’s signature hues of white and blue. The rooms are generously spread across the estate so everyone can have the privacy they need, with all rooms benefitting from glorious sea views. All rooms are ensuite and two rooms feature bunk beds, creating the perfect setup for families travelling with kids or teens.

Grand Blue View Estate is a 10-bedroom villa that’s divided into two buildings located side by side. Each building features generous living and dining areas, a swimming pool, and five bedrooms. Villa Blue View and Villa Blue View Luxe can also be booked as private five-bedroom villas.

Villa Manager

Grand Blue View Estate’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
