KASUMI

Kasumi is an enormous two storey-property which is a perfect holiday home with everything you need, to have an enjoyable trip you will never forget. The breathtaking views of Mount Yotei and Mount Annupuri are seen by opening the large doors in the living area. The house is reasonably spacious with high vaulted ceilings and is done up in an open style concept. Kasumi is conveniently located in a peaceful area of outside of the main Hirafu village, but yet within walking distance to an array of bars and restaurants. Living Room

The spacious second floor living room with high wooden ceilings call for a perfect setting to relax in a comfortable ambience. The living area is spacious that includes a foos ball table for a fun activity with family and friends. A great place to lounge around and socialise, especially after a day of action-packed activities and exploring the magic of Niseko.

Dining Room

The dining section is a part of the living room which is on the top floor after a flight of wooden steps and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern Western appliances, a stylish breakfast bar and a dining table that seats eight people.

Kasumi has three bedrooms. All the rooms have a split bed which can be set up as a double bed or two single beds as needed. All three bedrooms are located on the chalet’s lower floor.

Kasumi boasts a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, furnished with an LCD TV with English channels, as well as an Apple TV. Kasumi has 3 bedrooms, all of them are located on the lower floor of the house. For extra bedding, additional futons can be added upon request. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional bathroom with a Japanese-style bathtub on the lowest floor, including an additional toilet upstairs.

Property Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Kasumi is located outside of the main Hirafu village within the prestigious Orchards Niseko estate. Being outside of Hirafu, Kasumi offers its guests the chance to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the village to enjoy Niseko’s natural beauty and scenery, the area is surrounded by snow covered forests and mind blowing views of Mount Yotei and Mount Annupuri. The Orchards has their dedicated shuttle service within the Hirafu ski area. If you want to enjoy Niseko’s lively bar scene, it’s just a short taxi ride away.
