Kokomo Ocean sits poised on one of the most beautiful spots on this paradise island, offering sublime views of the ocean from its elevated vantage point. The interiors offer effortless elegance with rooms decorated with calm natural tones, luxe materials and high end furniture, with a private swimming pool gazing out at the infinite expanse of the Pacific Ocean.

Living Room

The living room is a beautiful light-filled space surrounded by full-wall glass looking out to the ocean. The room is furnished with light sofas and arm chairs playing up the luminous feel of the room, with touches of timber and rattan adding a feel of island style to the room. The walls are adorned with modern art, including pieces from Chris Kenyan. Located on the same floor, the villa’s TV lounge offers a relaxed setting for enjoying your favourite movies and TV shows with friends and family.

Dining Room

The dining area is incorporated into the light and spacious living room, allowing guests to dine while being surrounded by endless ocean views. Better yet, set the table outside on the terrace and enjoy your meals while a fresh sea breeze plays in your hair. The indoor dining area is adjoined by an open-plan kitchen following the elegant aesthetics of the villa.

Garden

True to its name, Villa Ocean offers incredible views of the Pacific Ocean from every angle. The best place to drink in the views is of course the villa’s swimming pool which is surrounded by a light sun deck dotted with sun loungers perfectly positioned for working on your tan. If you prefer the shade, there are also generous shaded terraces to lounge about on.

Kokomo Ocean is a four-bedroom villa. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and one room has two single beds. There are three bedrooms on the upper ground floor and one bedroom is located on a floor below. The bedrooms are calm and elegant in their design with a focus on natural tones and high end furniture.

Kokomo Ocean is one of five private luxury residences located at Kokomo Private Island. The villa is built over two floors and features four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.
